    I decided to invest in this to reduce my water bottle waste and it has been the best decision ever. It works great! I was hesitant to purchase cause some reviews said it made a loud noise. Well, I don’t think it’s loud, in fact, my air purifier is louder. Having one of these is so convenient! And the hot water is just a plus! The only thing I didn’t like is that Best Buy doesn’t offer a protection plan for this item, however you can still get 1 year warranty by registering the product with the manufacturer.

    I have not had it long, but this machine was easy to set up and easy to get out of the body. I followed the instructions, but I also ran a gallon of water through before we connected our actual water. The temperatures are awesome. I like it better than my last water dispenser. It has a spigot for each temperature of water. My last one did not. If anything changes, I will edit my review.

    Worst cooler ever worst support. Bought 1 year ago and from beginning loud noise from motor/pump. Completely failed shortly aft 1 year warranty. Company was unsupportive, but did offer to sell me a new pump/motor at cost plust shipping and handling. Would not support this product or anything else from this company.
