After reading other customer reviews on this item. I also highly recommend this product for being exactly what you’ve been wanting in a chilled/Room/Hot water despencer self cleaning and ease of loading 3/5 gallon jugs. 5 gallons are very easy to load. Remove bottle cap for tube insertion into bottle.

This water cooler is exactly what we were looking for. Many of the options out there are not very aestheticically pleasing but this one fits right in with our appliances. Build quality seems very durable and the machine operates very well. It is a tad pricey but overall we are pleased

This particular bottom loading water dispenser stinks because you can smell the stale water deposit. Looks like new but the package is one way to trick consumers that it’s “new” as newly package. Shame on you guys not a “best buy” . Let this be a karma to your company.

Nice space saving design. But doesn’t completely drain all of the water from our water jug. I have to pour the remaining water into a cup once the dispenser thinks the jug is empty.

Bought this for our family. We all like it so far. Very quiet and easy to hook up to the Gallon. Very nice and elegant. I would definitely recommend it. I do not have any negative to share at this time. It is very convenient and much better than buying cases of water.

Works great when it works! Had to return one because the cold water stopped dispending cold water. Luckily it happened within my return period because there was no protection plan offered for this. I bought another hoping that was just a one-time fluke because we really like everything else about it! So far no issues with the new one!

I purchased this unit, a3blozonewtrclr, after researching the various self cleaning models and opted to go with the ozone cleaning over UV. I received the item in decent condition, it has a small dent in the top, but was disappointed at the use of plastic. It doesn’t feel very sturdy or durable. When reading the manual I discovered that the unit i was sent uses UV and not ozone despite what i ordered. I called the 800 # and was told by a recording that i had to use the website chat or write an email for any assistance. No live person. I did the chat and was informed they switched to UV recently siting its more efficient, this also felt very generic and was not a two-way conversation. I feel i was duped. Nowhere does the A3 list UV sterilization, and all models still state the self cleaning ozone feature on the Amazon site, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy……It leaves me very leary of the product and the company’s integrity. On the up side, it is attractive, quiet, and the water tastes just fine.

So far so good, it was ready out of box. Best Buy also delivered on time. Good for daily use and forget about buying water bottles , I saved my last minutes tour to store.

Disappointed with the purchase. I should have purchase a Brio. We’ve Only had it for 3 months the equipment started getting hot and cold water is lukewarm. Manufacturer provides an email as a way to contact them.
