    It’s very convenient to have cold water whenever you want. Works great, and it’s not noisy. Also makes hot water. Very happy with this purchase

    I didn’t plug the unit in as I realized that it would be too hard to load the water given the height of the unit. If you are 6-ft and taller this shouldn’t be a problem, but if you are shorter than you will have issues. Otherwise, the unit looked nice and I liked the features listed on the website.

    This thing is awesome. Water gets cold/hot so fast and it looks elegant. It is a little tall but that’s not an issue at all, more lifting for these biceps.

    I wish they posted videos on how to clean it when it gets dirty, though. But other than that, this thing looks great.

    First of all, saved me load of money as we are family of 6 especially during quarantine months. Does not take lots of space and design is eye pleasing too so it won’t look unpleasant in the kitchen. Very light weight and stable. It is quite it does make sound when the condenser starts but after 5 second you wont know its there. So far I have no issue it was very easy to set up.

    Cleaned the cooler a number of times but water still has a mildew taste. Spend a bit more and get better quality.

    Really like that this sits higher than my previous coolers. The paddle dispensers are great. Dispenses water at a good rate. Water temperature is good. The only downside is it is a little noisy when the compressor is running to cool the water.
