Didn’t work since the beginning. With the first bottle of water that I putted started liking from everywhere. So I will never recommend this water dispenser to anyone.

Aesthetically it looks really nice with the black and stainless steel. Only draw back, this dispenser is loud when heating/cooling up the water

Nice looking unit, but it has few surprising and disappointing drawbacks that my old cooler didn’t have. 1) It is about 7″ taller than my previous cooler making it impossible for me to lift and load even a 3 gallon jug since I’m too short (5’3″). Another loading problem is the cooler’s built in “vertical prong/peg” – designed primarily for loading “puncture top” bottles, loaded straight down – rather than for screw top bottles, which must be tilted to the side to load, and tends to splash out some water. Also, the hot water feature is not as hot as my previous cooler’s, nor is the cold water as cold as my old one. I will live with the unit for awhile, but plan to replace it with one more user friendly for me in the near future.

Sturdy, low noise, dispenses water, doesn’t look cheap or tacky, I give it 4 stars-only had it a couple month don’t know how long it will be just fine, so far so good, easy set up

The hot water stopped functioning in 14 months and the cold water followed 15 months after.

I find this water cooler to be far superior to the one I owned for 10 years. I find the water to be acceptable cold.
Water flows quickly from the 4 gallon bottle. I like that size which is available from grocery store (no deposit and just place empty into blue recycling barrel).
I never use or want a hot water option so I’m glad there is a switch to turn off the hot water heater.

Looks good water comes out fast. If you want hot water FORGET THIS ONE it only heats to 155 to 160 cold water not very cold either but ok. I don’t want to return this is a big item I WOULD NOT BUYTHIS ONE IF I KNEW AND THEY WERE HONEST WITH TEMPS!

The water cooler works fine and i have no complaints. Have not had long so cant say anything about cleaning or wear and tear. Do like having some cold water within reach of my workstation however.
