    Not all optical digital connections sound the same. This one from AudioQuest is a vast improvement over the short skinny things that often come with various components. I always trust AQ connections to bring out the best in my audio gear.

    I was skeptical at 1st about spending all this money for this cable… However as soon as I connected I notice a difference in sound quality…. Before deciding to upgrade your speakers by this cable 1st it’s a cheaper results and is deftly will improve sound quality.

    Bought this higher end cable to connect my Xbox One to my Soundbar. I was receiving a sound lag with just my HDMI cable. This worked like a charm and now the video and audio are in sync.

    The selling feature is 1.5 of whatever silver…… For what reason do you need any sort of metal on an optical transfer device?! All three lines of cables by audio quest feature a polymer line. If you were to improve upon that by any Way you use glass or crystal or sapphire Not a metallic substance light does not pass through metallic substance. While I do believe audio quest does make good cables, these lines of Toslink cables seem like total snake oil to me.

    This product absolutely delivers on improving sound. There is no feedback, white noise, or glitches when installed. Just a very noticeable difference in sound quality from the HDMI cable that I was using.

    Probably one of the best optical cables around. I didnt realize the difference in sound that a good, quality cable can make. Take my word, this will sound much better then the cheapie optical cables that come standard. Quality isnt cheap.
    Disclaimer, I returned this cable, not because it was crap, but because I didnt need it with the new sound bar. If the new soundbar would if just had Optical and Bluetooth inputs(like the old one), this would of been a keeper, for sure.

    I purchased this cable to hook up my tv to a reciver that has no hdmi. The cable is built well and was a big improvement over the rocketfish one. The cinnamon line has been my favorite for giving you the best performance per dollar in the audioquest lineup. If you want audiophile performance and built quality look no further.
