AudioQuest – Cinnamon 16.4′ 4K-8K-10K 48Gbps HDMI Cable – Red/Black $112.46$322.46
Description
  • 8K-10K
AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables can transfer up to professional 10K Ultra HD video. The incredible 48Gbps data rate is made possible by four balanced audio/video pairs each capable of 12Gbps, enabling a surprisingly stronger audio/video experience.
  • 4K Performance
In addition to enabling the 48Gbps data rate, the improved materials and design of AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables significantly benefit the overall performance of your 4K system. All AudioQuest HDMI cables are completely backwards compatible with existing 4K devices.
  • Gaming
Supports enhanced gaming features (4K120, VRR, ALLM, QFT) for optimal performance from Sony Playstation 5 (PS5), Microsoft Xbox Series X, Gaming PCs, etc.
  • 1.25% Silver Conductors
AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables use solid conductors to defeat both electrical and magnetic strand-to-strand interaction. Increasing thicknesses of Silver-Plating, culminating in 100% Solid Perfect-Surface Silver (PSS), are used to further improve noise dissipation.
  • Noise-Dissipation (Level 2)
In addition to all 19 HDMI conductors being Direction-Controlled to reduce RF Noise, AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables feature a metal-layer shield around the 4 FRL + eARC pairs to further enhance noise-dissipation.
  • eARC
The Audio Return Channel sends audio from the TV to a soundbar, receiver, or ARC input. “enhanced” eARC is easier to use and enables lossless multi-channel. In AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables, the eARC conductor pair is internally controlled for direction to ensure superior audio performance.
  • Direction-Controlled Conductors
AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables use Direction-Controlled conductors to minimize RF noise. For optimal Noise-Dissipation and superior audio performance, use Cinnamon 48 HDMI cables with the plug’s arrows pointing towards the TV, or Source towards A/V receiver.
  • In-Wall Rated
Can be safely and easily used in walls.
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty
AudioQuest HDMI cables are precisely manufactured to ensure a high level of reliability, and are backed by a non-transferable, limited lifetime warranty. Proof of original purchase is required; other restrictions apply. Valid in the US only.

My 4k Video quality was improved and it is a must have for your A/V setup. My Receiver now has a complete sound. I am going to be purchasing this for all my HDMI cables.

  7. Unhappy

So I am building two systems around current OLED TVs, AppleTV latest gen, parasound power amps and AVPs. Not to discourage anyone, but it has not been completely smooth. The New Cinnamon is AQ’s 2nd level of the 48 GB capable lineup. It is well made, the connectors fit snugly, it is directionally biased. The jacket is quite thick and stiff. It is unclear to me why. We are talking about digital signals here, and these must have an interesting cross section.
I did A/B them compared to the Ocean- which is AQ manufactured only for BB, AFAIK. The cinnamon was much better in a Sonus Faber/KEF 7.4 system. It was used as the output from the Marantz 7006 to the Sony. I have no idea why a cable which, in this application (no ARC), is only carrying 15 to 25 gb of video should help the sound. Any reader of this is justified in their skepticism, but otherwise my report is factual.
    I dropped one star because:
    1. Did not fully test it as an eARC cable
    2. Jacket is not flexible
    3. Unclear if AQ has added a secret sauce, like spiral winding, that necessitated such thickness.

  8. Greg

Very good. It gives a very n8ce picture on the tv.

These HDMI cables are the best. Period. They’re not cheap, but if you’re lucky, you might get a sales price like I did. Lots of actual silver in this product, thus the high price. You want top line cable, this is it.

  10. Kermit69

Pricy but worth it – needed to replace an in-the-wall cable after many years – glad I spent the extra $$

I own several AudioQuest HDMI cables for connecting AV hardware to Televisions using the eARC. They always work flawlessly. Expensive, but worth the timing saving value. The AudioQuest Cinnamon 16.4′ 4K-8K-10K 48Gbps HDMI Cable was my most expensive cable (used for my home theater from AVR to wall mounted TV–needed this long cable). At least until now…read on about my next AudioQuest purchase to fix a problem…

One of the worst things in an AV set-up is experiencing issues and trying to trouble shoot. I recently had this with a new AV set-up. Two fireplace (double-sided) LG TVs>>50′ Rocketfish™ – 50′ 4K UltraHD/HDR In-Wall Rated HDMI Cable connected to AV Tower housing Denon DRA-800 Receiver. To the receiver was connected an AppleTV (with a AudioQuest HDMI cable). Worked at first, then started getting “no source” from AppleTV>>Denon Receiver>>Rocketfish 50′ 4K HDR HDMI cable running through attic>>Rocketfish 4K Splitter>>Two LG TVs. Seemed like issue might be the receiver. After great effort, multiple trips from Geek Squad, I finally figured out, not the receiver, it’s the HDMI cable! I’m now looking to replace the defective HDMI cable with a high quality AudioQuest 41′ (12.5m) Long Distance Forest 18. Best Buy doesn’t carry these long cables, but should (their brand failed).

I do buy the shorter AudioQuest cables from Best Buy and they work great–worth the money as they prevent issues–and save you time! Best Buy, carry (at least online) the long distance AudioQuest cables, please.

Audio quest HDMI cables are very overall quality!!

  13. DFWnerf

excellent speed and connection for a nice tv set up

  14. Deimos951

Very nice look to this hdmi cable, fit perfectly in the space that i needed it in. I upgraded to this cable because my old cable cable was not 4k-8k with up to 10k upscale capable. Also my old cable was a 50 foot hdmi and I didn’t need that much. Unfortunately i haven’t noticed a crazy difference between the this new one and my old one. That being said the price tag on this one was pretty crazy at normal price but i ended up getting more then half off on a sale so I can’t complain cuz it ended up be cheaper the my old cable. On top of that i should never need to replace it till it breaks or wears out.
