    Very pleased to be able to put brand new ear pads on my headphones. Shame it’s not possible to replace the material on the headband, otherwise they would be like brand new!

    The ones I received are official Audio Technica Earpads. Took a little finessing to actually get on, but after that the fit is perfect. They’re very comfortable. I’ve had the same M50s for 9 years now, and replacing the earpads makes them feel brand new again.

    For what it’s worth, it was fairly easy to replace but the material is still not the best quality, which was the reason I replaced it in the first place, so I expect to replace it in about a year or two if I decide to keep the headphones.
