    The package arrived with parts missing it was evident that it was a return. My son took it back to the best but in Boise. He got other items. Since there are no media units close by

    Easy to assemble and holds alot. Safest to pick up in store as it did arrive damaged from shipping. Customer service was very good to work with to get a replacement and ship a new one. After Christmas I ordered another one and picked it up in store. Very nice product and very good customer service!

    These media shelves have plenty of space for your video games but they’re better for Nintendo switch titles over other platforms like the PlayStation games which I bought it for The game stick out a bit too far for my liking and it was a pain to put together not to mention some of the pieces were missing due to box damage and rattling around That’s why I have lowered the score but all in all it’s good enough to hold my games at the end of the day so it gets a pass but I definitely look for other shelves in the future.

    I love having my favorite movies on disc, now have around 375 disc and adding more all the time. I was in need of a shelf that looks good and didn’t break the bank. It’s made of inexpensive material but is more then strong enough to hold all my disks. It’s black and it’s back board has a cool looking carbon fiber look that I love. Definitely recommend.

    My son has a large video game collection, and this fit everything, beautifully. This attaches to the wall, which is the only way to use it. It wont stand on its own, otherwise. Easy to assemble.

    Shelf is nice but did not explain that only stays together if anchored to wall. Not all hardware was in box either.

    Better than I thought but still not perfect. Time will tell how it holds up but I added wall brackets to the very top shelf as well because it felt a little wobbly. It feels solid now but your mileage may vary on how sturdy it feels in your own space.

    Second unit I have received from the website that has shown up in a damaged box and this time water damaged. Do not buy these pieces of garbage!

    I received this product with the box already opened and taped up with the hardware loose in the box and damaged.

    if there is a zero star, I will choose it! This is definitely a junk by stacking upper part on the bottom one, one dowel broke the wooden hole in the upper part. It should be designed as bookcase with two long panels instead of four panels! I don’t know who designed it. Additionally, the instruction mistakenly labeled the position of the dowels as well.

    Worst purchase I’ve made for media storage. Flimsy and cheap materials. Thank goodness I only bought one. If you care about your phiysical media and your collection keeps growing do yourself a favor and invest in custom shelves

    Great DVD/Blu-ray/video game display case. Mounts to the wall with brackets for stability. I fit hundreds of DVDs and Blu-rays on it. A must for people with a MASSIVE movie or video game collection. You can also fit CDs on it too,

    cheap pressboard garbage, not sturdy at all. had to reenforce the back side with actual strips of plywood in order to keep it together.

    Assembly fail!!! Dont waste your money! Don’t recommend at all! That is a first total negative from me. Got ready to put top snd bottom together. Totally horrible design – wood broke then connector broke. Tried taking some screws on back off (is better than nails) to allow movement. Helped with one of twinement prodlems of the four one is unrepairable. Best buy give me a refund! And dont sell this poor design.

    The DVD book shelves that I purchased were nice and not so hard to install. They were however a little flimsy . After fastening shelves in accordance with instructions they stroll had a tendancy to come apart in certain areas.

    Garbage. Absolute garbage. I ordered 2 new and they sent 1 open box. The new one doesn’t have the correct predrilled holes so the top and bottom half won’t go together and the open box one doesnt even have the holes! I wrote support, but I was 3 days past return because my flooring didn’t come in in time for me to assemble it. Screw me out of a few hundred bucks. Thanks ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    The media shelf is built mostly well, the pieces Ll went together without modification. The shelf does lean inches from the wall making the included tip over protection uninstallable. Was able to purchase an alternate way to keep it from turning over in an accident but it still looks odd in my living room with so much space between it and the wall

    It sucked….i got botton part put together…top half would not line up…particle board was so cheap, one of them broke…i was so disgusted, i threw it out…would not buy again…waste of 119.00

    This was so cheaply made that when you put the screws in the plywood it shredded! All shelves are bowing. For the price it should have been better made. So unhappy and disappointed.

    I would not recommend this product. I found it to be very poor quality. Parts did not fit together properly. Flimsy. I have plenty of experience at using tools and assembling products, and I recommend that if you buy this, just throw it away before you even begin to assemble it, and you’ll save yourself time and frustration.

    Product was damaged. Appeared to have been a return. Parts missing and no instructions. I had to return and was afraid to get another one because of the shape this one was in. Parts of the box was even missing and it was taped up. Just got a refund.

    They picture the top shelf smaller when it is the middle shelf when you assemble it. It looks really messed up having one shelf in the middle that is a different height to the rest of it. I am also missing wooden pegs for assembling the two parts together. This is my third shelf from them that has the odd sized shelf in the middle instead of the top as pictured in the main pictures of the item purchased.
