I purchased two of these monitors and after a few months there was a black line across the monitors, we even replaced the cables did not help, my Grandson took them to the store in Roanoke, va. and they said they couldn’t do anything to call Asus. I called and told them the problem, gave them the serial numbers, they said I needed to send them back, but I have to pay for shipping. I will not buy anymore electronics,

I game a ton so I would say this monitor is nice and all but if you game too much this monitor might have some defects because all is good with the monitor but for the hours of gaming I have the monitor lost a few pixels on the screen while I only owned it for not even a year yet (a pic of one of the missing pixels it’s hard to see which is the bright side but a colorful game it can be seen easily)

Great monitor for what I do. Only issue was on initial setup, it puts itself into a weird mode that doesn’t let you access certain settings, and it’s not clear that it needs to be turned off, other than that it’s a good monitor.

All in all amazing monitor hands down. It has done all the justice needed for me and fits nicely in my setup. My only concern is the manufacture defect of the monitor flickering after having it for some time. I use it regularly for work/personal use and every now and again my screen starts to flicker, don’t know what the cause of this is but after some research, came to see it wasn’t only me and it only happens to the higher refresh rates then makes its way to all of them.
