This is honestly a great laptop, and I can’t complain much. I surpass hundreds of FPS in games, theres fan controls, and so much more. One flaw is it keeps shutting off and turning black every once in a while. Happens usually once a session, but its quick to turn back on.

This is my perfact laptop. having used this device for 1 year so far i can say i am fully pleased with the experience. this laptop handles all tasks thrown at it. the added power options allow to make it more discret or more performance heavy. when running heavy graphics its best to set to a higher power mode to provide more cooling, else she gets hot. she is also a fingerprint magnet but a good wipe with a microfiber cloth cleans her up

I bought it Open Box excelent and It has a big damage to the screen lid. It seems like someone leaned on the top lid and it got sunk. It was disappointing receiving a product like this in this condition, It have should been Open Box Good or Regular instead excelent.

I enjoy using it. Probably the brightest screen ive had on a laptop. Go ahead and spend the extra $40ish to get another 16 gb of ram when you pick it up. The only thing i dont like is that the vents blow hot air onto the bottom of the bezel because of the way it opens.

I’ve had this laptop for a bit now. I would recommend getting a secondary SSD and installing it if you’re going to want to install multiple video games. It does have a spare slot internally. As far as performance it does great. Unplugging and doing minimal tasks, also great. If you’re running games it’s best to have it plugged in because those will drain FAST.

Everything about this laptop is great, especially the price. However, if I had one complaint it is that the higher framerate does not work correctly. I don’t mind, I just set it at 60. It runs games smoothly and it does everything I need it to.

Screen Brightness is good. Screen also hurts eyes. Good speed can expand Ram to 40 using a single ddr5 32gb stick. It can run hot and loud under pressure. if doing minimal tasks that are not gaming it doesnt get hot or loud. Maybe when first updating everything. Can easily configure how you want fans to be controlled under Armory Asus App. I opt to have them turn on and lower heat levels so that it stays cooler more consistently. There are some complaints with keyboard lighting flashing in sleep mode. This is user oversight as there is a setting in the Armory App to disable.

This is my first gaming laptop after having a PC for years. for the first 5 months, it was great! After about 9 months of intermittent use, the fans started making noise. I went onto the Asus website, entered my SN, and lo and behold, I’m not covered under warranty. 9 months on a $1200 laptop before I have to go and fix it myself or pay someone.
They don’t care when it came out of the box for use, they care when it was manufactured, so I’m outside of the warranty time frame.
I will fix it and keep it running, I just think they should honor their warranty like almost everything else from delivery date, not the date of manufacture.
