This product is amazing! This headset I was kind of skeptical when I purchased but my friends with the Arctic Pros with gamedac/wireless, and Astro a40 with the mix amp can’t hear a lot of the noises I hear from enemies coming from behind in a game! Really comfortable on my BIG head, great product for a cheaper price than most!

The sound quality is great, the design is beautiful, they are easy on the ears after gaming for 4+ hours and they have both USB 3.0 and USB type c connectivity. This was an awesome deal.

These headphones sound and look great if you can get them to work… Using them with my tower no issues whatsoever and sound amazing.
They DO NOT work on my Zephyrus M15 unless you use the USB adapter.. If you try to connect through the USB-C port you get nothing. Considering this is a ROG laptop that is a huge FAIL. The port works 100% with everything else.
The other reason I wanted these was to use with my Switch… Doesn’t work there either…. Another FAIL.
The headphones may be defective, but I don’t see how as they work on my tower and another non ASUS laptop I own.
I’ll be returning these today… What a disappointment.

Sits comfortably on the head, even has different pads if you’d like to change them. Also comes with an adapter if you’d like to use it on consoles. Sounds and mic are both crisp, and the added lights on the side just make it the whole package!

Bought these and have been using them for while and the sound quality is really good. Only draw back I don’t like is swapping out the ear pads is a bit on the difficult side since it’s not like pull them off and putting on the new ones you have to run the edge of the pad to wrap it around the plastic rim if you want the fabric pads or the leather pads would’ve been so much better if they had clips or some form detachable mechanism

Best buy does not back up its products unless you buy THEIR warranty. Right ear started shocking me so I tried to exchange under the 1 year Asus warranty. They said I didn’t buy the BEST BUY warranty so they won’t exchange it. They sold the product its from Asus they should exchange it and send it back to Asus.
I wont buy anything from Bestbuy anymore due to this. Poor product support minus well have bought on ebay…..

So I just bought them and they feel really well made and comfortable when wearing them. I dont really use the RGB lights OFTEN so I do like the option of turning them ON and OFF. The Mic part isnt stiff its “Bend-able” to a certain degree , but when i did use it in a game at first they said i sounded a bit muffled so your gonna have to adjust it .
It is a weird fit at first since everyone is used to circular shaped Headset/Headphones but after a couple of hours in and your gonna get used to it as well as the placement of the volume and the press of the mute which is the volume switch.
So overall at this PRICE point its pretty Dang Good 9/10 Recommend !

The sound is not as good as a Razer Nari Ultimate. Also it is corded. Due to the price being as it is, it is 130 to 150 in price range. This should come cordless/bluetooth capable. Decent set of headphones and the brand is legitimate. I’d recommend keeping your options open due to price range.

So I’ll start by saying I’ve owned several gaming headsets and they’ve ranged from inexpensive to hundreds of dollars in price. These definitely fall towards the top of the pile for performance and comfort. The two sets of mufs are great, and they are super comfortable for long periods of time. The mic quality is good and I’d give these the nod over all but one set I’ve owned (virtuoso) and even then I don’t miss hearing low battery in the ear of the wireless sets.

I really wanted to like these, but I just couldn’t. The audio quality is excellent, the fit was comfortable and they came with replacement pads for different seasons. The RGB was cool, and the voice quality was good. But…and this is the big one, the cord is hardwired in. They did well to make it extendable, but the moment that cord goes, so do the headphones, and go they did. Lasted me maybe six months before I had to return them with the Geek Squad replacement plan. If only they made the cord removeable, something like what you find with an Astro, this would probably be around a 5 star rating.

Amazing headphones for the price, Their range is great and you can adjust the tones through Armory crate, the detachable mic is a very nice feature to have since i can just unplug the mic if i dont want to talk or if i want to just quickly mute and unmute the button makes it very easy. I havent had many PC headphones yet but of the few ive had this has been the best so far (previous headphones include Logitech G series, Turtlebeach headphones, and razer headphones). My only con is the material is a little cheap and has broken around the headphone base on my old pair and replacement pair after my cats knocked it over
