More support on the arm rest then the seat the lumbar support sucks isn’t soft and a Keats and pain to adjust the headrest is totally in usable all in all pure garbage I really want a refund I’ll drop the chair off for display or whatever I’m having to pay another 300 on top of the 150 I spent. Will never spend another dollar at Best Buy

great chair for the price! i got this chair for my set up and it works great i used it almost every day and to me its really comfortable. i used to have a regular office chair and it really does make a difference on my back and neck. i can game for hours with no problems my only complain is that it doesn’t recline other then that is perfect.

Decent chair for the price and a good entry level gaming chair. Ir broke a little over a year for me where the metal piece from the arm meets the seat from leaning back to much i suppose. So it seems cant be repaired without soldering. New chair for me.
For the the price compaired to some of the name brand chairs its a good starter buy, but from my experience does not hold up for the long run, I would recommend paying a little more for that.

Terrible quality, the base broke as my wife was sitting on it. leather peels. Seat loses it cushion feeling after a month. Absolutely stay away. Especially at 249.99.

Overall chair was fine. But Best Buy dropped the price the day after I bought an opened boxed one that was just a bit cheaper than the previous price. When I called they told me I had to return it and purchase a new one to get the current cheaper price. Also the washers were not in the box so no the chair was not all there. Some features of the chair are nice the foam seems to be glued in place a bit flymsy but for around 200 it was worth it. I won’t be taking it back to get 40ish dollars because I’m ok with the purchase not so much with customer service from Best Buy.

Was easy and hard to put together lol but I love this thing I have a client who’sa little over 300lbs I’m only 145 and that’s being 3 months pregnant too. Both fit in the chair it holds very well

Horrible. The instructions are super simple don’t give you detail on how to set it up. And good luck lining up the arm rests for the screw, if you aren’t perfect you will strip them.

I love this chair. I’ve had it for over a year and the only thing I didn’t like was assemblying the thing by myself which is not recommended. It took forever. The cushion in the back also has a ziper that scratches the fake leather so it was starting to peal off. I’m glad I had replaced it quick with my own cushions for additional back support.

Absolutely horrible craftsmanship on this chair, the time it took me and my wife to put it together was almost 4 HOURS. Between the missing pieces, incorrect instruction manual, and screws not screwing in it was almost imposible to put this chair together. I absolutely do not recommend it. It’s not even that comfortable, the backrest is stiff and the pillow it comes with for lumbar support isn’t even in the right spot once you connect it, it’s supposed to be for your lower back but it goes all the way up to the middle of your spine. Would give it 0 stars if i could.

I have to of these good entry chairs to snag on sale. Only complaint is the armrest should be hard plastic vs padding. The foam padding starts to deform from your elbows prematurely.

Terrible quality control. Original seat cushion stitching ripped in the first six months. The replacement cushion sent by Arozzi had holes improperly drilled so I cannot attach the replacement cushion to the base as one of the screws will not go in. Waste of money.

This chair is built cheap and wont last more than 2 years which is ridiculous for a $300 chair. Mine is falling apart already and the inner arm mount is broken so there is no way to fix it. Ive had to tighten then the bolts that hold the arms in place continually

I have had this chair for many years and use it for gaming and for studying, i can out my full body weight on it and it wont creak or budge. The cushions are very comfortable and the lumbar support is adjustable. This chair has served its purpose and is very well recommended.

About 6 years ago I purchased this same exact chair (with red accents) for my son. As an avid gamer, he spent MANY hours glued to his chair. It took a serious licking and kept on ticking, but the battle scars were getting a bit noticeable for my taste. I just surprised him with this brand new chair and he was thrilled. Funny enough, I put the old one outside on the curb for bulk pick up and within 10 minutes, a father and his son knocked on my door to see if they can take the old chair. My son was thrilled to know the fun would continue. Hope Arozzi continues to make this chair, because I don’t think he will every sit on any other.
