This is my second pinball, the first was the at games legends pinball. I purchased the AFM table this is by far the best out of the two machines. This looks and feels like a real pinball machine, the build quality is excellent you will not be disappointed ! I downloaded the upgrade to fix some of the issues and the unit plays perfect great sound and real feedback for each of thr 10 tables a must buy.

Nice looking machine that does have a similar feel as the original. Not having to maintain all the moving parts of a real pinball machine is a good tradeoff for something that is close to playing the real thing. After installing the update, all the games play well and respond as you would expect. Image is a little hard to read with it only being 720p. Doesn’t hinder the play-ability and get use to it pretty quickly.

This is not my first Arcade 1up piece if hardware. I own the Galaga, Street Fighter, TMNT(1st release) and the Star Wars pinball. While they have improved in quality over time, they still have glaring issues. For one the monitors they use are lower quality you would expect to find as a bargain Black Friday pc screen. I have upgraded the ones on my arcade machines to 19” Dell 4:3. Colors now more vibrant and less gray more black. The issue with this one specifically is that you really need to dload and run the firmware update. And as easy as they make the instructions, it is not going to be simple for the average person. This update helps what I will simply call “lag” (as that is what the average person will think when they experience it). Two of the tables are frustratingly difficult due to this. The Syar Wars table didnt seem to suffer any of this. Its too bad because my mom loved these older pinball games over the more chaotic(her words) Star Wars tables. The Marvel tables may be the better designed ones though. Check out the games lists of the 3, go try them on Pinball FX via PC, Xbox, PS4/5 or switch first to see which tables you like the best then if you still want to spend 600+ on these, you will at least know if you like the digital pinball tables within each of these.

I love this machine. I have been playing pinball since hanging out at a bowling alley on may winter Saturday afternoons beginning in the late 60s. This machine is a little smaller and uses a virtual play-board, but it looks, feels and sounds like the real thing, including an adjustable tilt sensitivity. It comes with 10 games, all classic Williams games and all very enjoyable. I was able to buy this on sale, took it home and had it assembled in under 2 hours, there is also a way to easily update patches from the arcade1 website. I highly recommend this or the other Arcade1 pinball games to any pinball fanatic,

Well it is fun to play when it works! The 1st machine I had I put many hours on it. All the visuals failed 7 months later. Had the Best Buy warranty and they replaced it. Built the replacement machine and the score display failed.

I had been wanting one of these pinball games for 3 years. I had a hard time with paying $600. Then they went up to $800, so of course I regretted not buying one earlier. After reading the reviews about some of the games not playing properly, I was a little skeptical. However, after going back and forth I decided to go ahead because the price was so phenomenal. I am absolutely glad I did. We are loving the games.

very disappointing purchase. The g-sensor doesn’t work, I’ve manually unplugged it to make the machine playable and it took about 8 cables to get the VERY ANNOYING update to work. Now support wants me to do a diagnostics test to prove to them the TILT function is broken when I’ve already sent them several videos showing it being unplayable. not thrilled with Arcade1UP customer service so 1 star it is.
I ended up paying another $130 to get the add-on from a different site that allows the Switch to be hooked in so you can play your switch pinball on this machine. wish I woulda saved myself about 5 hours worth of hassle and not bought this machine.
you can also get Attack From Mars by adding the a1pinner mod. I’d suggest gettnig one of the other versions and adding this to it.

Purchased this a little over a year ago. Was great at first, then broke (screen went black). Arcade 1Up tried to help me fix it several times with no luck. Finally they told me they were going to ship me a power PCBA which was back-ordered. Over two months later with no part and no ETA. I believe they don’t know how to fix it and it’s just a stalling tactic. The part should’ve been available at some point because they keep selling these machines. I have to assume it’s never coming and I have to junk the machine. Booooo.

This is a great, turn on and go pinball machine. This put of the 3 arcade 1up pinball models is the only one based on real williams tables that existed in and around the 90s. Some great picks for the selection and this is alot of bang for your buck if you get it on clearance at 400. I personally wouldnt pay any more for that. However I created my own virtual pinball table for home use so that maybe why i wont spend much more. I have other cases from other friends of mine who purchased this and are now fans of pinball after owning this cabinet.

I’m sure the machine is okay. This review is for Best Buy. I bought this machine twice, each time received email stating order went through…followed by a “cancellation” email. It seems BB doesn’t even have these in stock, although the website continues to offer for sale. Abysmal.

My expectation were exceeded! I really liked having the option to play different pinball games. I was glued to it for hours. I still drop by to see if I can beat my score. Feels like playing a real pinball. Cool for the man cave or dorm room or family room. However you roll.

It’s small and feels odd and off at first, but once you get used to it it’s a fantastic machine for what it is. The game selection is great, and I totally forgot I’m playing video. I’ll probably upgrade someday but this is a great way to test out virtual pinball.
One issue I had assembling it is the back cab holes didn’t naturally align and I had to drill new ones. Easy but annoying for something so expensive, but we’ve had so much fun since I don’t even care

Great little machine here. Small form factor doesn’t compromise comfort, and fits in just about any space. Really fun tables and great performance. Force feedback really creates an authentic experience. Definitely worth checking out if you want a really solid virtual pinball experience.

Really fun, great size and feels pretty sturdy. I wish it had more feedback but if you look online you can find a easy mod you can do from home by relocating the solonoids for the flippers. Very addictive fun gameplay

Absolutely love it but the plunger ball launcher quit working about 2 months after getting. Have an appointment for them to fix it soon. Been using the button launcher but not as good and cant wait until it is fixed and working right.

I’m worried about the PCB overheating as I’ve seen in some forums can happen. I plan on adding a laptop cooling fan to the inside or maybe running an external fan near the machine. Simple want to keep it working for longer period of time.
There. Is a soft mod available to add more games so I’ll be trying that soon.
Glad I bought Through Bestbuy as I have Total Tech and therefore get an extra year of warranty included. Gotta say I’ve used total tech way more than I ever thought. Definitely a good program.
