The audio/video is out of sync and it has bad screen tearing. The audio is running 400ms ahead of the video causing the audio/video to be out of sync. The games themselves are running at 24fps and the monitor is running at 60hz (60fps) causing screen tearing. So far it remains unfixed and there is no sign of a patch for it in sight.

The other review brought up some legitimate issues but after playing this one for an extended period of time, the issues aren’t nearly as awful as they reported. The cabinent looks great and im so happy to have a pretty darn accurate recreation in my home.

The design is spot on. The monitor has vibrant colors (unlike iircade). A1Up nailed it with this design but there are some minor issues.
It does cut some of the sceens prematurely and there is some sync issues with the sound to the video. A1up has not resolved this. It isnt that bad or noticiable.
This is why I only gave 4 stars.

Awesome cab, the marquee and secondary score screen look so good. Gameplay is just fine, worth it in my book. Just wish it had a hdmi out to add a spectate monitor.

A must for fans of Dragon’s Lair, Dragon’s Lair II, and Space Ace. Looks very reminiscent to the original Dragon’s Lair cabinet. Plays great. Not too difficult to set up with another person’s help. Packaging was the best from Arcade 1up yet for me. While cost is a bit at full price, it’s a must buy if on sale. Very happy to add it to my collection.

Best Cabinet I have played from 1up since they released Star Wars. From scoreboard screen, to the graphics they used to the BOE monitor. Not many cabinets will ever hit the quality this one did. Top 3 ever by 1up.

Arcade1up hit this cabinet out of the park! Looks very similar to the original & plays awesome. Only negative is neither of 3 games save their high score – very frustrating.

3 games on this arcade, dragons lair 1+2 and space ace. All great graphics, reminds me of being a kid and watching others play, due to it being a .50 cent game back when i was young! You can change the difficulty for each game, but even on easy its still challenging! My son says Dragons lair 2 starts out telling you which move to make, but stops telling you and he also said theres secret items to pick up through the game in DL2 to be able to actually win if you make it to the end. It took 2 of us about 2 1/2 hrs to put it together, and looks nice with the rest of my arcade cabinets.

The arcade 1up Dragons lair is very nice. I was able to put it together fairly quickly and the gameplay is great. Best Buy did a great job on fast shipping and getting it to me.

I find it very concerning that I purchased what I thought was going to be a new A1U Dragon’s Lair machine only to find what I actually received was an “opened box” product. There was repaired damage and torn holes in inner packaging, a ton of dust even on the wrapped parts (I’m talking like the parts sat in someone’s garage or warehouse for awhile.) and oily fingerprints all over the monitor. Also, there is slight decal damage to one of the main side panels. This is unacceptable. When I buy “new”, I should get “new”. No where in the agreement or the listing, did it mention I was purchasing reboxed product. I’m fixing to assemble the cab. I hope the machine works, but even if it does, now that it’s been roughly manhandled, who knows for how long?
