Disappointed –
Received the product with scratches and charged $45.00 restocking fee for returning product. I would not recommend purchasing pre-owned phones from Best Buy. I spent $501.00 for a pre-owned Iphone with the expectation of receiving a product in excellent condition. It is not worth the risk unless you are willing to lose $45.00 for something without a guarantee. I purchased the same refurbished phone from apple for $50.00 more with a full warranty.

I purchased this phone for a friend who is shut-in at a nursing home. It is just right for her need to feel connected and able to call out to a “long distance” number which would be restricted on her bed-side phone. The phone was clean and showed very minimal signs of wear, it connects smoothly to the internet and phone lines and has a screen that is a bit larger than even some of the newer models. I was afraid of a “used ” phone but impressed by the price. Yet, it was just as you advertised and is a very nice phone for her needs. I am very glad that I made this purchase from you.
