Beware of refurbished items. Before tou leave the store, ask them to run a diagnostic teat to ensure it is working correctly. My computer’s battery died within minutes and would just shut down. This was so disappointing, especially because it was a gift. Not only was it embarrassing for it not to work but it was a hassle returning it and I had to wait an entire other week.
