    High quality refurbished product. I was told that Best Buy doesn’t repair Apple products, so these will always be returns that buyers didn’t want, not anything defective. Mine were missing the medium sized earbuds, which I bought from Apple for $8 with free shipping. The volume controls weren’t working at first but within a few hours it resolved itself. The noise cancelling isn’t as great for a shared office as I imagined it would be—I can still hear other people talking in the same room—but it greatly lowers the volume of things that it can’t cancel completely, and I focus much better. I use for hours a day and have never come anywhere close to a low battery.

    I love the audio on these things, they also lasted me a pretty long time considering how beat up they got. My only complaint is after about a year or so the earbuds being to rattle, other than that it’s a great product!

    I bought 3 pairs of these (refurbished). When I gave the first set as a Xmas present the person that paired to his phone saw the AirPods were already named. And now he gets security warning saying “original owner” can see and follow location. Reached out to BB and no help.

    Great product even though it is refurbished which made me a little skeptical at first, but Im glad I went through with them because you can’t even tell the difference. I would recommend refurbished tech from Best Buy because it is untraceable from non refurbished products!

    Do not ever purchase anything from Best Buy! I have been a loyal customer for years but after today I will not be. You cannot get support. I ordered AirPods Pro 2nd generation for my son. My order states 2nd generation. I paid more to get the 2nd generation. I found out today they sent me 1st generation. You cannot contact the closest store. The call routes to a call center and after speaking to six different people over a period of 2 hours and 5 minutes. I have no resolution. Our closest store closed down this year and I am sure that issues like this is why. The closest store to me is almost an hour away. I understand Damien Harmon is the CEO. I will try to contact corporate headquarters on Monday to share my experience. I’m sure Best Buy saves money by outsourcing their customer support services out. This level of customer support will lead to all of your stores closing.

    The headphones need a lot of tweaking. If he leaves them find my device on your phone cannot find them. Apple can help you find them and Best Buy doesn’t care if you can’t find them.

    Did not include all the headphone attachments as advertised, multiple people told me I could pick them up in store because it was their mistake. Best Buy told me they dont carry them even though I called the store to confirm before driving out there. Sold me a phone with the wrong data amount on it as well and said they would take care of it and never did avoid Best Buy if you want to spend money or get a product in return.
