I purchased this refurb Mac for a gift to myself. It was not new (2015 model), so I wasn’t expecting it to look new, but when I turned it on the screen didn’t work, I could here it working in the background, and it was talking to me but no screen! What a disappointment! $988! I returned it the same day. I was refunded the entire amount, thank goodness, but it was shocked that this was even sent to me in the first place. Didn’t the refurbishers even check to make sure it worked before sending it out?

I have an original iMac 27″ circa 2015. I had Apple help once to restore factory settings. BUT it quickly goes down hill on speed and stability. It’s curious that after each new operating system update, the computer gets worse. So, I would not recommend this computer. I wish Apple (or even Best Buy) would offer better support these products.

I’m not a computer guru but I don’t know why anyone needs a new one when a refurbished one works and looks this awesome. I guess if no one got a new one then I couldn’t get a refurbished one so keep it up whoever you are! Really love my computer.

I bought this PC when it was on clearance with over 120$ less than the original price; thus in the end I paid around 690$ in total for the IMac. The waiting time, more than 4 weeks, is not short. When I received this machine it was not in Apple package and I believed that was because it was a pre-owned computer several years ago. Both keyboard and mouse are non-apple type, however they work well. 1 TB mechanical HD is slow and incomparable with SSD, yet I have no problem with its speed and capacity. Thus far I feel satisfied with my purchase and it will be a great deal if this computer goes on working stably and normally. Less than 700$ for an Apple 27 all-in-one computer, though somewhat aged, is something good and luckily enough to me.

This was awful… Received computer today, plug it in and turned on power…. Nothing but a folder with “?”…It appears the computer was shipped without an operating system. Took me 1 hr on the phone with Apple technical support to get the computer to operate! Would have thought computer would have came with an operating system?

I got this Mac desk top and it is great for work and watching videos on YouTube but the gaming is not as great because the App Store is VERY limited and very bad quality games almost all game have under 3 star reviews.

I have had issues with the desktop since I purchased. Small issues like mic not working for dictation, unable to search for email. When I contact Geek Squad, unable to have my issues resolved unless I pay additional funds. What i thought was a good deal was just one problem after another.

Very expensive monitor! Amazing screen but I feel like there’s similar options for fraction of the price. Honestly would rather have gotten a 27” iMac for less.
