    I puchased this item as an open box buy. It worked perfectly for sealing the grocery items. However I wished it sealed a little faster. A couple times i had to double seal

    Clean and simple design. Be careful with liquid as it will spill into the chamber if you are not paying attention.

    The auto vacuum and seal function does not work. Both features work independently of one another, but you have to be ready to push seal as soon as the vacuum is done.

    It definitely does what it beed to do. I feel the suctiin can be a little weak for some things. Overall it does a good job.

    Very poor quality
    Had for about two years used a dozen times or less . And kept in box no damage very low wear and tear .
    Seal works still but Vaccum does not work anymore.
    Vaccum never really worked well from the purchase .
    Cheap
    Bought it for 100 bucks I feel like for that price point it should last atleast to years especially being used less than 5 times a year .
    Wouldn’t recommend any anova products after this purchase

    Works well. Down side is there is no liquid seal so using it with liquid marinade doesn’t work well

    Simple, easy, and reliable! Works amazingly sealing any food to store in the freezer! I trust this product and will recommend to others because this is a must need for those that are having trouble of frozen meat from getitng freeze burns. This stuff lasts & protects!

    Used to vacuum seal cuts of meat. The product is easy to use and has good seals on the bags. However, got to watch for when the bag folds over and does not form a full seal. I blame this more on bags than the vacuum sealer. All and all a solid purchase for the price.

    I love this sealer, it works very well and does a great job of prolonging the freshness of my food. It is also very easy to use and I bought rolls of vacuum bags so I can adjust the size of the bag to what I need to seal. I put a half of ripe Avocado in the sealer. When I went to eat it the next day it looked as great as when I sealed it, not black and inedible like they usually look the next day.

    Last just over 2 years after Warranty expired by 2 days, only seal and pulse worked …. air in packaging and = Freezer burn
    Foodsaver is my go to now Quiet and 5 year warranty.

    I read the reviews before I purchased this vacuum sealer and they were not the best but I decided to try it anyway and returned it. This sealer stoped working the same day I brought it. Look for a different brand.

    We purchased this vacuum seal food saver and finally got atound to using it and its worked amazing! Its very small and compact, it came with a pack of sample bags and those bags fit 3 ribeyes each.

    We bought this because our food saver no longer sealed and this one was available for next day pick up. We used it to seal our prime rib for sous vide cooking for Christmas. It works great. Not as easy as our past food saver but for a quick pick up and a brand we know and use (anova made our sous vide as well) it’s worth the money.

    If there’s any moisture in the bag, it will have trouble vacuuming all the way but you can hit seal before the vacuuming is finished and it will stop immediately and seal.

    Not bad for the price but I don’t care for the closing mechanism. Seems like the weakest part. Suction is pretty good but not powerful. Not a heavy duty machine.
