    We purchased this power bank prior to a trip to Disneyland to ensure we would be able to take photos and use phones throughout our day. This power bank did exactly that and was extremely useful to us. The quality and size are perfect for bringing along on a trip or putting in a purse or backpack. The charging is straightforward, fast, and very effective when we need it. I was able to charge my iPhone 14 pro max twice on one charge of the power bank. Will definitely be using this frequently!

    Except for one thing!!
    The failure to include a bi-directional data C port. Its C port is only for charging the device. Otherwise it has two USB data ports.

    I tried to get this charger to work while on a trip to only fond you can not charge odf the USBC port to my Iphone 15 Pro Max. Wait what ??? Really what a horrible deaign.

    Used this power bank for a trip to Washington DC. It worked well to charge multiple phones while on the go. None of the phones needed 100% charge, but it allowed us to keep our phones going over 8-10 hours of walking, pictures/video or the sites, and using for navigation and Pokemon Go. It got barely warmer than normal while charging the devices I used. My devices only charge at a maximum of 15w, so a higher charging device might cause it to get warmer.

    It takes about 3-4 hours to charge using a 30w charger, so be prepared for that time needed. It did not get very warm while charging. The 30w charger got a little warm, but not hot (to my touch).

    It charged a 13″ Samsung tablet from 20% only using about 40-45% of the power.

    Its nice to have multiple USB A plugs to use for charging. It does NOT charge other devices using the USB-C plug. That plug is used for charging the power bank only.

    We love it and plan to use it again.

    Love this portable charger. Can charge multiple devices at one and it holds power for a long time. One recharge it maybe once a month.

    The device is slim and sleek, easily fits in your pockets. It worked great for a couple weeks but now it only charges my phone when I turn on the low-power mode that is meant for electronics like watches. Disappointing and from reading online this is a common problem with Anker devices. Get the warranty if you buy one, I wish I did.

    It’s large but portable to carry around still. I have a Pixel Fold where the battery life isn’t that great, and this is more then capable of charging it and then some.

    Totally saved me when traveling recently in EU/UK and was out all day using Maps to get around, which drained my phone battery usually by noon. Could charge phone a little bit faster, but I never had to worry about needing to recharge.
