Item arrived damaged. (Top piece was cracked in two places.) The package is very heavy and would require two people to lift it so I can see why delivery was an issue. We contacted Best Buy and they offered to send a replacement.The replacement was never delivered and was shipped back to the warehouse and the original damaged item was never picked up. We contacted Best Buy again and they said we would get a refund but still waiting on refund. Don’t waste your time or money on this item.
