    All the pieces weren’t in the box so the guys that were putting it together. I had to take it back. It was everything was not in the box.

    Good design for the price. Directions are about as clear as can be expected, and the time and effort required for assembly were about as expected. A couple of pre-drilled holes were misaligned so I drilled my own. Otherwise, no issues.

    Horrible stand, cheap materials, instructions not complete and holes to connect all levels (last couple of steps) don’t even line up. Unscrewed it all and took it back to Best Buy. It seems like a crap shoot whether you get 1 with correctly drilled holes or not. Dont waste your time or money. Go with something else.

    This product is terrible i had to call 3 times for missing parts and still hot missing psrts I’m over it and sending it back!!!

    too difficult and time consuming to put it all together. U must let the geek squad put it together.
