I had originally gotten the fabric cover, but it was so rough it felt like my fingers were being sandpapered. I exchanged it for this and couldn’t be happier. This is a deep rich red color and looks very nice on the Kindle.

The Kindle is fine re technology. The ‘LEATHER’ cover is no leather like I ever saw. I have leather shoes that are soft and pliable. If this cover isn’t plastic, I will eat it.

This cover is very high quality. But the best part is the functionality. When you close the cover, the Kindle goes to sleep (doesn’t use battery). When you open the cover, the Kindle takes a few seconds to “wake up”, then a swipe up opens it to the last page you were reading! Excellent product.

This looks SO pretty I’m this pic but don’t expect it to look like this! It’s an ugly MUCH DARKER color as shown in my picture below. Yuck! The leather is not of high quality either. It’s not soft, buttery leather. It feels hard and uncomfortable like cheap vinyl. I guess I will just get a fabric cover and get rid of this junk!
