I was really looking forward to using this but right away had problems with it hurting my hands and wrists. It did not have continuous movement and the “spiky” nubs really hurt and left impressions. I had to return it the next day.

I have pain in my thumbs from arthritis but I still tough thru it and try to stay active with crocheting projects and biscotti baking. This device used 2 fifteen minute cycles daily has greatly improved my hand strength by reducing pain.
