    Great product. Works just as I wanted. I use this with my receiver to pair my tablet or phone in my office while I work. The range is accurate and the product works just as expected. It almost always pairs automatically when i bring the tablet in the office for ease of use.

    Bought this to replace an earlier Aluratek model that could do transmit and receive. I didn’t need the transmit function and the battery life was lower due to the extra circuits, even if those aren’t being used. Also this device claims to be able to recharge while also receiving. Easier to configure too.

    ‘had it for a week and it definitely has made my life easier. I will buy again from Amazon which is cheaper but definitely recommend 100%. Here & there it has some mild interference but nothing to go crazy about. I love it

    Did not work for me. Plugged it into the aux port and power with the 12V car power port and no luck. Not sure what the use is.

    Worked as described–used in older vehicle to allow Bluetooth connection to car
    speakers through 3.5mm audio input jack. It worked well (other than a faint buzz in background) until about 10-11 months when it stopped charging. Tried different cables but the problem is the device’s own charging port. Now it is worthless because you can’t power or charge it.

    Easy to use, and very long battery life. It has made my old car stereo system modern. A tip is to put the charger in the car plug so the Bluetooth receiver never runs out of battery.

    This is great if you have an older vehicle that doesnt have bluetooth. I am so happy I can listen to something other then the raido in my older van now.

    An easy and quick way to bring older audio equipment into the 21st century. Connected the device to a Bose sound wave unit using AC jacks and Aux setting.
    Once paired with mobile device, listened to Sirius/XM.

    Connected to my android phone quick and easy. Use it in my work van that doesn’t have blue tooth. Sound is incredibly clear and full unlike other bluetooth products ive used. Also use it with and older home stereo receiver with easee.Compact size and works better than expected.

    The sound quality was accurate and it had really low latency, but the fact it dangled out of the aux jack was not something i enjoyed

    I do like this product a lot. The transfer sound quality is higher than the one that you can buy from BMW genuine parts. The one thing I don’t like is I have to press the connect button every time. So when it isn’t in a easily accessible location it can become a little annoying.

    My email to Aluratek support: I purchased a model AIS01F Bluetooth Audio receiver to project music from my laptop to my Yamaha stereo receiver. It functions perfectly when the supplied charge cord is unplugged. However, when playing music while the charging cord is left charging, there is a loud buzzing between songs. Also, if I turn off the music source to the receiver, there is a loud buzzing.

    From: Aluratek Support: Based on your description, the AIS01F is picking up the frequency of the (supplied) charging cord. You can try using different USB cords to see if the same issue occurs, but there will be a good chance that it will. The only way to bypass this issue is to use the AIS01F while is it not charging.

    My response: Speaking as an engineer, this is a serious engineering oversight from your design group. Pretty disgusting that you don’t disclose that users will have problems if the AIS01F is plugged in while using it. Also pretty disgusting that Aluratek let this product go to market.

    It works great after I contacted tech support at Aluratek. The instructions were simple to connect it to my headphones. They just did not include one last step. Switch it to TX MODE. It connected to my headphones instantly. Works great now and the range is great.
