    Good product provides reliable wireless audio for my TVs that don’t have built-in Bluetooth. Easy to pair with my Samsung earbuds. Audio can get choppy when the battery runs low, but you can charge it while using it.

    Pretty good. Links the way it’s supposed to, requires a charge, has plenty of ways to connect it to the device you want to make Bluetooth – but small and vulnerable to damage and dust in port.

    This is a great device at an affordable price. It does what it supposed to do and pairs up with both my earbuds and headphones. There is some latency that I notice when watching TV but it’s pretty darn good! I own two of them. It works well, has long battery life, produces excellent quality sound and has all the connectivity you need in the box

    VERY good product . Comes in clutch with my old ps3 that doesn’t support Bluetooth audio . Simply plug this in your TVs audio jack and BAM you have Bluetooth audio with any headset you want. Definitely worth it and I recommend it to anyone considering work arounds and what not

    The transmission can be pretty unreliable and it’s very hard to connect, but I haven’t found anything else, really. My phone transmits to my Bluetooth speakers at much greater distances and stays connected. How is the technology in this product so poor?

    Bought this for a TV that does not have BT or a headphone output. It does have a RCA output so i connect the Aluratek Bluetooth Transmitter with the supplied cables. So glad they thought of that. It was easy to pair to my headphone. Audio quality was very good.

    Does not work with most phone Bluetooth so avoid purchasing for that reason. Other than that I have no complaints but be sure to read the product description before purchasing!

    Its simple to use to cnnect to blutooth but it take aminute to connect to bluetooth cuz it pairs with anytin on bluetooth somethimes not even he thing closest to it

    It works half the time. The other half it sucks. Volume is never right. I’ll always have to turn volume up a ton because this thing doesn’t connect correctly. It does the job but it can be tedious setting everything up when it calibrates like a cow’s poop

    The Aluratek Universal Bluetooth Audio Transmitter is exactly what I wanted. I needed to connect bluetooth earbuds/headphones to my Samsung TV so I wouldn’t bother other family members late at night. It worked well with my Sony heaphones and Apple Airpods. It was easy to set up. I plugged the transmitter in to the TV’s USB port to power it up. This ensured the it turned on when the TV was on and it shut off when the TV was turned off. Connecting to various earbuds and headphones was easy to do. I found that to have the best connection to the headphone it was best to have a clear line of sight between the transmitter and the headphone. At first when I put the transmitter behind the TV, the connection was sporadic.

    I had a different brand that was difficult to tell if it was powered off/on. Ran out of charge quickly. Bought this one because it has an on/off switch. Little pricey.

    Works well on the airplane monitors. Sounds come out clear. There are times when my ear buds won’t connect for some reason I have to hit the refresh button on the dongle a few times before my earbuds would connect. The real downside to this device is the battery life I feel is too short. Other wise I like it a lot.

    PITA to set up. Lots of “hold button for x seconds, watch for flashing (or steady) (color or colors) light, etc.” It’s like setting an early digital wristwatch. Loses pairing and then regains it unpredictably.

    Trying to do everything with one button and two lights is too damned complex.

    When it works, it works OK, but when it doesn’t, you can’t figure out why.

    My sister suggested for me to get a Bluetooth receiver so I can watch some of my movies that I have on Blu-Ray, without it being loud. The first one I purchased was from Amazon (different brand of course) and only the left side would work through my earbuds. Still waiting on the refund for that, but with using this one I got from Best Buy a few weeks ago, I’m really satisfied with it. The sound comes through both channels and sounds just as great. I definitely recommend these for any late night movie watchers that don’t wanna wake anyone up in the house.

    This unit works great but sometimes I have to turn it off then back on again to get my TV to see the Bluetooth signal. It does what I’m looking for, I’ve connected it to my record player and I listen to my records through my soundbar. Love it
