It came damaged screen busted returned it.. you cant expect to ship this item without additional protection.. was only in it’s Original box with no protection on the screen the screen was smashed. You need to package items correctly. Stop being cheap and use additional boxes and padding to protect purchases.

For the price, it’s a decent digital frame. 17″ is a large picture. When comparing it to other digital frames I’ve purchased, I found the options and settings not as refined as others. I ended up returning the one I purchased and will save for a different brand.
