    Pretty easy to use. The most difficult part of this was syncing up the phone app with the frame using a code. Picture quality is good and transition between pics is ok.. Looks like you can add music and a few other things but havnt played with that function yet.

    I love the size and look of this frame! It’s a nice size and the pictures are so big. The only reason I didn’t give this frame 5 stars is the app isn’t the best. Once you upload the pictures to the frame the only way you can see what pictures are on the frame, edit &/or remove pictures is on the frame itself. Not a problem if you’re using it for personal reasons but we bought it for older parents that live out of town.

    All we had to do was plug it in, download the app, create an account, and it was ready to go! We purchased this as a Christmas gift for my mother in law and we are able to post pictures to it from anywhere! It plays a little tone to let you know new pictures were posted. I sent 15 pictures and it took under a minute to send and post to the picture frame from a different town. It’s the perfect addition for anyone who loves hanging pictures but is running out of room on their walls or never has time to print them out!

    It works but more complicated than it needs to be. Approving email addresses isn’t easy and adding pictures via mobile app works 1/2 the time. Took awhile to figure out to close app and reopen. User experience could be improved. Works best to unplug device and turn it back on as it seems to force new pictures queued sending to frame.

    This was a gift for my mother and she had lots of difficulties getting it set up. Customer service (Aluratek) was helpful after waiting a couple of days to get in touch with them, but once they walked her through some steps the frame has been functioning properly.

    Everybody nowadays has thousands of pictures, but…..they don’t have any prints. If anyone wants to see any of someone’s photos, they have to look on your phone.
    This is even better than a photo album. You can put lots and lots of pictures on it and they can be seen anytime without digging up old photo albums.

    I bought this for my wife for Christmas and it appears to be a little too big so I stopped by my local Best Buy to compare it to other smaller digital frames. I was told they do not display any in the store. I asked if I could open it up to see if it was too big and if so could I still return it opened. I was told that since it was past January 13th I couldn’t return it or exchange it for store credit. I purchased it right before Christmas and I assumed I had at least 30 days to return it. I can’t tell you how infuriating this is to me. I have shopped at Best Buy for as long as I can remember but after my visit today I can honestly say I will never set foot in a Best Buy again. I will also be spreading the word to all my friends and family.

    I had read that if you view the screen from the right side the picture is blackened and not viewable. It is true in the upright position. when it is horizontal it is ok with slight color distortion at off angles. but lengthwise standing it is only viewable from straight on or slightly to the left.

    the software for loading was also somewhat touchy.
    if you only want to keep the frame horizontal it should be ok.

    Bought this for my parents so they can enjoy pictures of their grandbabies since we live far away. Set up was a breeze even for my 71yr old mother. She messages me everyday asking for me to keep sending more pictures for her and my father to enjoy! Screen size and picture quality is on par or better than some more expensive brands. Definitely purchasing a second one for my wife for mothers day
