I love this ILX-F509 its a great option and works flawless with android devices im super happy with this device, settings are really easy to use and has multiple options for adjustment.

Went with the 9″ unit. Glad I did. Looks amazing and fits perfect in my 2016 VW Passat. Best Buy installer did an excellent job. My only minor quibble is that the USB female type A plug/cord that sticks out in front below the unit isn’t charging my phone. There’s a 2nd plug for Android auto but I haven’t tried it. I’ll have to check with Best Buy. It might just be a menu setting issue. Other than that, it’s all love

I bought this a while ago. Was able to do car play. The main reason was to do Uber. At first it was amazing you can raise the volume up for the navigation system and the media. With the new update i cant get the Bolume to get low and the music to play really high. That is the only reason i give it a 4

I purchased this item and selected to have it shipped to my house. It got lost by UPS on 12/1/23. UPS will not let me file a claim, they say that only the shipper can file a claim. I have contacted Best Buy 4 times and every time I get the runaround and have been given a timeline on when I will get a resolution only to have the timeline pass without anything getting done. So here we are on Dec 14th and I’m out of $1,283.99 and Best Buy could care less.

Idk where to begin i got this unit because of the price but man idk if its even worth it I had prior a stock stereo that comes with a 2014 Si I feel like everything was a downgrade. The backup camera is all blurry and doesnt move with the car or it does but glitches and stays all crooked. I cant acess the side car normally i have to click the icon on the screen rather it just pop up. Yeah its the little things but 1.3k i expect the little things not be there. Overall not worth the price
