    I bought these for my son and unfortunately it was misleading. He can’t use them wirelessly and use the microphone at the same time on his newest version of Xbox.

    Sound quality is great, especially with Atmos on, and the control through the Alienware Command Center is excellent. It’s a little tight around the ears, but YMMV (i rather like it that way).

    Main issues are that Bluetooth connection has a pretty noticeable lag beyond what all my other BT devices get (using the USB dongle eliminates that problem), and the touch-based volume controls just aren’t great.

    These headphones broke after less than two weeks. I am absolutely tired of Best Buy selling me products that go defective. You have lost my business. I will never return. I have spent far too much money with you over the years to have products continue to fail in this manner.

    The sound is decent and looking the RGB. I always wanted to have a Alienware headset and this one does not disappoint. The downside you gotta do use the audio program to actually fix the default. I’d say if you like the metal feel and a good surround. Get this headset, but try and get it on sale.

    Decided to upgrade my headset for my computer and after looking for a whike decided to get theses! Definitely is a great choice they sound amazing I can wear them for long periods of time and it doesnt hurt my head or ears. Headset is super lightweight sometimes you dont even notice it. Build quality is really good made me metal and everything has held up.Sound quality is super good especially for a gaming headset the hi-res audio really goes above and beyond.Quick set up process was ready to go some sources say not to update the headset but just do whatever you feel right. Only con is it doesnt disconnect sometimes but connects back really fast.Others complained of the static noise its literally just the noise canceling doing its job boocks out a lot of things and gives you a better experience 10/10 definitely should get

    I’ve tried so many gaming headsets. This ones are the best. ANC works great. I play lots of COD, and I have no problem hearing everything especially the foot steps. This product is the best. Worth every penny

    This Headset is by far the best headset all around. I can connect it to my pc, my phone, other devices all at the same time. Has the best quality sound easy to use and by far the fine tuning adjustments you can do with the thing is beyond belief. I do not see me using another headset in the future.

    Ill start this review off with saying im a disabled gamer, I use this headset for gaming, video streaming, and medical video chats with my doctor. I hang my headset up after every use and take very good care of it because $200 to me is ALOT of money. This headset was purchased 1/23/2023 and has currently fully fell apart on me. Im not 8 months into having it and there’s nothing I can do as far as getting another one. The store employee assured me that it would last years and I trusted them. Very sad with this purchase.

    Solid choice replaced my old headphones and got these instead. Really like them. They drown out background sound so as long as you have these on your head you won’t hear anything around you, only thing you’ll hear is whatever your playing music wise, game wise or work meeting wise. Mics also solid for Zoom/Microsoft Team Meetings as I use this set for Gaming/Game Design/Work.

    5 stars because they sound great and they look great. They also peform great. Only complaint is sometimes i have to remove usb from computer and plug it back in for receiver to connect. Not big enough of a problem to lose a star. Worth the price when on sale.

    I’ll say for my first product from Alienware. I am truly impressed for what it’s worth. I will give a great 4.5 out of 5 Stars, due to the Different Ways to connect to Devices (Including Bluetooth, Adapter, and Wired Cable), Long Battery Life, Decently Comfortable Earpads, and most importantly the Audio. It really gives you the upper hand with its surround sounds as you game against people online for a long period of time.

    *****AUDIO QUALITY A DEFINITE 5 STARS*****

    I gave it 3 stars only bc i bought these for my son’s birthday and less than a month later the ear muff on one side fell off while being very well taken care of and it appeared as though it was bc the glue holding it on failed…so i had to take them back and best buy did an amazing job getting a new set otw promptly however it did result in me having to purchase another product protection plan to cover the new set.
    As far as sound quality, noise cancellation, and clarity every bit of 5 stars…just pruduct manufactuing could use improvement.

    These Alienware headphones are amazing. Along with the active noise, cancellation, and the option to switch between Bluetooth on devices and using the dongle for connection through computers it is unmatched and unparalleled. I would highly recommend buying this. I would buy it again if I would have to.

    I had gotten these and I’ve seen the audio is really good but one thing is that over time my headphones had stopped charging properly everytime I would connect them it would say 10 percent or if I ever disconnected the charger it would power off I’d like a replacement for my headphones due to its issues.besides that the functions are pretty easy to use.

    I mainly got these so i could play as loud as i wanted without having to lock myself away so my sister doesnt get mad from the noise. Theyre almost too good. People have to tap my shoulder to get my attention.

    Trash!!! It says this headset will connect to Xbox series x, a big fat lie!! I spoke with geek squad took the headset and counsel to the store they worked at it for hours with no resolve. I even returned the first headset got a new one just in case for some reasons that pair was defected and the new headset still could not connect! So I called dell since they produce this headset (the reason I wanted the headsets so bad) just for some ill mannered Costumer Care Specialist to talk very nasty to me and tell me that I need to call Microsoft because my Xbox is broken!!! Point Simplified buying this headset was a full blown nightmare I regretted it from the second I open the box!! After the dealings with CCS from dell I just returned the headset and bought a Steele Series a decision I do not regret!!!! Dell lost a great supporter and customer!!

    Overall disappointed with the quality of this product. The weight was awkward and truly unbalanced. It is well-built as you would expect from a company such as Alienware, however, where marketing and promotion have done their job exceptionally, design and mfg failed to deliver the quality that was promised. The audio from these is truly exceptional and everyone should delve into Atmos Dolby headphones once in their lifetime, however save your money. Alienware needs to stick to making rigs and get out of the headphone business. With that being said, playing fps shooters and a few mmos with these, I must say that immersion was definitely enhanced with the noise-cancelling feature, when it worked the first three weeks… After the third week, the noise cancelation no longer worked and began ringing whenever you would turn it on. Save your money folks. Get turtle beach, or even razer or Logitech. I spent my hard earned money on these so you don’t have to. The battery life states on the box is accurate. The touch enabled left and right ear covers are very sensitive by the way
