- Kati takes center stage
Experience the “true ending” of the game’s story for the first time. When a mysterious and malevolent force slumbering inside Kati awakens, will you be able to do whatever it takes to save her? - More side hustles
From a body pillow connoisseur to Japan’s oldest cosplayers, help out the locals in over a dozen new side missions and pick up wild new weapons and armor along the way. - Revisit the glory days of Japan’s electronic mecca
Like a virtual tour of Tokyo’s Akihabara ward, all major outdoor locations from the town have been painfully recreated circa 2012-2013, with over 130 real-life shops accurately represented. - Completely customizable combat
When you’re an otaku, anything from baseball bats to comics to motherboards can be a weapon. Plus, you can target and strip individual clothing items from enemies to add to your own inventory.

Johnny –
Just like what I played on the PS Vita, but more content. This is a silly and fun game with a really good English dub cast. The game runs smooth with no slowdowns. I want Tohko to sit on my face. 10/10

Just as fun as i remember it being 10 years ago. Props to Best Buy for delivering it a day early.

This is the 3rd time I bought this, being it’s a director’s cut.
Got the OG version on the PS Vita.
Got it enhanced for the PS4.
& now the director’s cut on the Switch.
I played the Vita & PS4 versions, so I can say it’s an awesome game & worth getting. Taking down vampires in the sunlight is unique in this game.
I haven’t played this version yet, but there’s 2 reasons for me to get it again — 1. Has some extras, even an extra character quest, and 2. It’s on the Switch.

Is a good game looks a bit updated. However, the game plays well.

I first played this game on PC, so getting to replay the game with added content is exciting.

Very fun game to play. Just don’t play it around other people. I was getting stares on the train even though I had headphones in. Great pick up if you like weird games.
SHOPPING –
Fantastic game just like all the other Akiba games

Haven’t played it but it’s a beautiful collection piece to display for when the time comes

A great remake for fans of the original, but I doubt any newcomers will like this psp remake

This is an excellent re-release of a great game. I was hoping for a bit more in the graphics and animation department, but overall, pretty good!
Andy –
Had a absolute blast playing the game. 10/10 experience. I even build the board game included and had fun with friends.

You can kind of feel the game’s age, gameplay is alright it may certainly be a personal preference for some but I gave it a try.
Standard low-level extras, nothing to write home about.
TygerD –
Graphics are oitstanding, challenging at every level! Well worth the price
Dogboy2709 –
Great game. Love being able to rip clothes off of people. Played this PS3 when it first came out, still love it.
Tonetron0093 –
Fun, ridiculous action RPG. Its one of my faves, you have to be the kind to appreciate tongue-in-cheek games
JimsDaBreezy8080808 –

DeadStevie –

Spur of the moment purchase It sounded different than other games my wife and I’ve tried and heard that games ported from Japan into English have a great conversion. I can now say that it, in fact, does. My wife absolutely LOVES the story line and is interested in purchasing more name brand japanese game titles in the future. The gameplay is flawless, and character design is intuitive to the gameplay and smart graphics

I remember this game on the PS Vita, it was one of my favorites. To have it on the Nintendo Switch brings back a silly good time. The additional DLC and cool launch day package made it well worth purchasing again.

I finally got to play an entry of the infamous Akiba strip series and had more enjoyment than I thought I would get out of it. For otakus, this game is a must play and you get to become familiar with the streets of Akihabara, Japan. I love Watanabe sensei’s art from series such as Monogatari, so this game’s art design at least for me was a pleasure on the eyes!
