    Digital download code from Best Buy worked liked a charm. Created an Adobe account (I already had a 30 day free trial from a different company), bought this “license” from Best Buy, and after completing purchase, waited about 5 minutes, got a 24 character code in an email, returned to the Adobe site with that code and entered it where it said, and PRESTO, I extended my software for a year. If you have an Adobe account, I would first suggest finding the area under “Adobe Account”, “Overview”, “Your Plan”, then “Billing and Payment” then under “Prepaid Plan” and the “Redeem new code” button. Perhaps look for these BEFORE you buy this so know where to go to redeem. See picture and red ovals for each. Don’t blame Best Buy or Adobe if you buy it and can’t figure it out…..

    I was impressed by knowledge and honest opinion of bestbuy’s sales and technical support person(s).

    i ended up buying 77″ OLED LG TV with great sound system. Buying full membership with best buy helped a free designer consultation trip to our home wrt sound bar/speakers, etc. membership is well worth it.
