    Instructions could be more clear on how you install the product and had to obtain the serial number by completing an instant chat message with support due to registration issue, but overall product works great and awesome to not have it under a subscription.

    I would choose zero stars if possible. The download key didn’t work and Best Buy would not provide a new one. We have not been able to use the software, not receive a refund.

    Reliable product but the purchase option is misleading. They online have the downloadable link, there is no hard copy disc as noted in the purchase option.

    This version of Adobe Acrobat Pro is a one-time payment and you own it. It is not a subscription. For students and teachers this is the most economic option available. Adobe Acrobat has become a standard format for business use practically everywhere. That makes this software a “must have.” And thought other software companies offer versions, Adobe Acrobat is the best.

    This is very helpful with student projects and cleaning up a file to be converted to a dwg. file. The fact that you can enable other PDF and older files is a big benefit. I have also used this product to add features and easily modify files.

    Frustrating program to load and initiate. As a college professor with a new computer, I thought I bought the updated version of Acrobat that was on my old computer. No matter how I attempt to use it, it wants to sign me up for a monthly fee.

    it did the job the way I had sincerely hoped it would. saved me tons of time converting a word doc. invoice to an emailable PDF format with just a few clicks. Only issue is I paid at the store for the product and then HAD to sign up for an ADDITIONAL 14.00 per month user fee 🙁

    I’m glad Adobe makes the Student & Teachers edition via retail. We were slowed a bit by the credentialing process but well worth the effort in the end.

    Good program, but I actually have not enjoyed using this program as well as the Acrobat 9 Pro which is so old Adobe does not support it any longer. I have found certain functions not as easy to find in this program as in the older version.

    A real challenge to activate. There is an extensive process to get the code online to activate. Then Adobe forces you to create an online account. After logging into the account, you are lucky if the code that was generated works.

    Can only be used by limited selected group of the population. The difference in price between this software and the one with the same capabilities and name is 400.00 dollars more expensive. I am a Disabled American Veteran of 28 yrs. And I could not find a discount or affordable comparable software for reasonable price. Returned it and bought another Adobe Reader Software.

    You have to prove that you are a teacher or student. If you don’t do it within the time frame, it closes the account. I have to take it to BestBuy now because I forgot to submit the additional information, and now I can’t even submit it. What a headache! I understand that it needs to be verified, but not allowing me to upload the verification document is annoying.
