    I didn’t expect the letters to be so huge, but they are! Very easy for me to see. Keyboard makes a light clicking sound which I love, not overly loud at all. Would recommend!

    It’s a basic keyboard. I needed something short term because my work laptop had a bad keyboard. It’s not a lot of money, works fine for what I need.

    I received a $10 off $20 or more coupon from a BB email so I bought this $20 keyboard for $10 to replace my Dell keyboard because the latter has some of the letters wearing off from constant daily use and the lighting where I have my desktop isn’t very bright. The keys are large and the letters/numerals/etc. are easy to see but nothing about this is luminous, it does not glow in the dark at all. For my purposes, it still works, it’s still easier to see than my old black keyboard. The keys feel solid and beefy when depressed unlike some cheaper similar “luminous” keyboards I’ve purchased in the past which is what I was hoping for under this Adesso brand from Best Buy.

    My Mom has macular degeneration and was having a hard time with her standard keyboard so I bought this one and it has helped her see the keys better since the keys are Bigger and Yellow with Black type. So for now it’s working, let’s hope her vision doesn’t get any worse. Local store didn’t have it in stock so ordered from bestbuy.com and had it in 2 days, fast shipping Best Buy!

    My old keyboard had letters worn off (in less than 3 months) I purchased this on sale when I needed to replace the other one. The yellow is quite bright but not too bad. Next to the yellow background the letters are large and easy to see. It has a nice feel to it when typing, and is not too noisy. Very nice value.

    I used for the first time in the Library and then buy it for my grandson who has vision impairment..Perfect for him that he had to do home schooling, awesome product… I recommended to any person. Even they don’t have vision impairment…I also buy one for me too…

    Works like a charm! I hate-hate-hate laptop keyboards. I have a work-issued laptop. Lifted it up on a stand and use this to type. This just plugs in and away you go. I love the size and feel of the keys. Gives you just enough resistance that you actually feel like you’re typing (that’s what they used to call it). I’ll admit I chose to try this model in part due to the colors-Go Shockers!-but between that, the ease of use, the feel, and the very reasonable price, I feel like I couldn’t have done better for what I was looking for.

    The main selling point about this keyboard are the keys themselves, I liked the idea of not always having to turn on a light to type, especially when it wasn’t particularly dark. These keys make it possible…the yellow keys with the large black letters/numbers/symbols contrast well and are clear visible, even under monitor-only lighting. Otherwise, the keyboard works well and I haven’t had any issues.

    Keys are bit sticky, and P key was already pressed down in new keyboard. Have fixed it, but still it types multiple times in single press. Only good thing is the visibility of the keys. Ordered this to teach typing to my special needs child, so serving the purpose.

    This product was available for much less price at other stores, when I reached BestBuy Team to honor the price match; request was denied.

    This Adesso-Luminous Keyboard- Black/Yellow is a very good key board because it really helps me to see very well with the letters in bold black and the key board in yellow helps me to see a lot better in day light and night light it glows in the dark at night. I am 64 years young and I thank Best Buy for this bless key board that this is the only store that I found this key board on I have been searching for for years to buy. Please don’t discontinue this key board because so many people needs this adesso-Luminous-Black/yellow key board. Thank You very much for helping me in a time of need

    This keyboard replaces the first one I bought, which had a key that wouldn’t rise back up after pressing it (they sent a replacement quickly, no fuss). The description and packaging say that the keys are “luminous” and “fluorescent”; however, they’re certainly not fluorescent (look up the word), and I’d say not “luminous” either — they’re just yellow, with large black characters, so in any case there is good contrast when typing in low light, or when only needing to glance at the keyboard occasionally. All keys could be about a millimeter taller. The ESC key is too small and should be larger and taller; now I have to look to make sure I’m pressing it instead of F1 or another nearby key. A SLEEP button, as on other keyboards, would be a great convenience. The ENTER key has been made taller, and the ” |” key moved down, unlike other keyboards I use. Having the ENTER key larger (taller) is no help — I need it wide, like on other keyboards. I’ve used this keyboard for a month now, and when I’m not looking I still sometimes hit the “] }” or ” |” keys when I want to hit ENTER. It’s not silent, but reasonably quiet.

    Bought this item as a gift for my grandmother, who has macular degeneration. She was having difficulty seeing the keys on her regular keyboard. She says its made a world of difference, and will be able to continue using her computer for longer than she expected. Great product, highly reccomemded.

    Great for a dark office when you don’t have a lit keyboard. I have recommended this to many people, really all of my friends know how much I love this keyboard. The action may not be for everyone but for me it is worth it just to be able to see the keyboard at a glance. This is a value keyboard, not a high end luxury product.

    Bought this for my 95 year old Dad ( because I have used one for years ). He needed it. Makes fewer mistakes, except he still hits 2 keys at once sometimes and can’t understand why the computer used the wrong letter.

    I love this keyboard. Since my cataract flared up and it is now blurry or hard to see, I find this keyboard so much easier to read and use without straining. Love the big, bold keys that are a bright yellow where I can read them easy and fast since I have not memorize the keyboard positioning.

    Plug & play. Perfect for my needs. Easy to see all keys with just the monitor light. Key response and feel is perfect for me. Only complaint is that the special characters could be a little larger. Very fast delivery from Best Buy was marred by delivery person leaving package on driveway in the rain. Fortunately, the inner package was dry.

    Somewhat deceptive product naming and description. The keyboard is NOT “Luminous,” and does not emit its own light nor does it have a backlight feature. It is merely a high-contrast color that, if the ambient room light is adequate, is easier to read than a black keyboard with tiny white characters.

    If you are using this in a dark environment, it is NOT easier to read than any other keyboard. Good thing it was only $20, but it does not solve my problem of visibility in a low-light situation.

    Purchased for a PC that’s mostly used by my wife and daughter. We just wanted an inexpensive replacement keyboard with the volume control buttons at the top. My wife is happy with the high-visibility keys, as she often uses the computer in the early morning in dim lighting.

    I don’t really like the layout of the keys near the “enter” button; I often hit the backslash button when I’m trying to press enter while typing. My wife hasn’t complained about this, though.
