I really like this mouse! Easy to get used to the shape but it’s so different than anything most people are used to. It has made an amazing difference in my carpal tunnel. This mouse has several different buttons to set for different functions as well.

First time using a vertical mouse. Made my wrist and hand feel more comfortable. Great reaction to my movements and so far the battery has lasted quite a while.
AMFY –
Easy on the hands when using. Big size and easy to control. Adjust for any computer.

I have had an interest in ergonomics since bilateral carpal-tunnel releases years ago so when I saw this I knew I had to try it. It, indeed, takes the strain off the wristand forearm, putting the hand in a neutral position so there is less pain and aggravation. It is my go-to mouse for everything except gaming where I use a mouse with more buttons for key-lock commands. If they added those to the thumb side, it would be the perfect mouse.

I was a little disappointed in the feel of this mouse, But understand that this is only my experience
Laura –
It is very easy to use and comfortable on the hand

I’ve never used a vertical mouse before, this one was priced low enough to try it. The mouse has stood up well to a few months of heavy use. The glossy finish seems to attract dirt but is nice overall. Going vertical did take a few weeks to get used to, my wrist actually hurt after using normal mice for so long. Now that I am accustomed to vertical, I like it and would buy this mouse or another vertical mouse again.

I cannot recommend this mouse, which I bought to help alleviate wrist pain. I have knocked it off my desk numerous times when I have reached for it, because it has no weight to it. It also is extremely touchy and takes more effort to use than a regular mouse.

Glitchy, not smooth! 1st month was great, 2nd month it became glitchy and now it’s so horrible i’m buying a more expensive (different brand). I have a new mouse pad and new batteries and the optical sensor has been cleaned, definitely a compounding problem with this cheap mouse. Adesso keyboard is also glitchy but not as bad (yet). thanks for reading, hope this helps you in your decision.

This Adesso – iMouse Optical Ergonomic Mouse – Black is freaking sweet. Love it. It’s like a race car 4 your hand.

Was recommended to get this product for the carpal tunnel in my wrist. And my hand does not tingle as much with a regular mouse.
Laurend –
LOVE THIS MOUSE SO MUCH. Years of using traditional mice has messed me up and this one is amazing. Have it in two versions.
Suski64 –
I am so happy with this purchase. The mouse works great.

I was in a car accident and I had to change my mouse to this. Works great and was very helpful to use. I am still using it have couple of years.

I have been having pain in my hand extending to the forearm and shoulder. Thanks to this, it is now gone.. truly ergonomic
MikeS –
Mouse stopped working after three weeks, other non-ergo mice work perfectly. Junk

I work from home, so spend a lot of time on my PC – because I have some arthritis in my hands, I wanted a mouse that would be more comfortable – and this is it. I’ve never had anything like this before, so it was a learning curve for me, but I love it.
Vijay –
Great mouse, easy to use and very comfortable. I have been using it at work and am very happy to have one at home also.

This Adesso Ergonomic Mouse is a Perfect design and a great buy!
Relives finger and hand pain caused by traditional mouse.
Vils –
Good for price. But too much smooth surface makes it bit slippery.
Heather –
Excellent. I used these with a previous job and when I needed to get another for home use I remembered these and got them right away. They really help with wrist issues!
Miguel –
Excellent mouse for hand comfort. Very precise. Good item to avoid future wrist issues.
Adesso –
Works just as I hoped. I had one in the past and it did not work as well as the Adesso

Due to arthritis, it was recommended that I use an ergonomic mouse. I read other reviews and this mouse seemed to work for other people. So far it seems to be better than the regular mouse I was using. It was also a cost effective way to see if an ergonomic mouse works for you.

I LOVE this mouse. My hand/wrist does not hurt so much since using this ergonomic mouse. I wish they had it in white.
Surtur –
Well designed mouse, one feature I really like is how it goes to sleep completely. You simply click a button to wake it up. So accidental contact doesn’t wake up your computer. Fits my large hands perfectly.
Caleb –
I purchased this because I broke my hand and wanted a mouse that I could still use comfortably.

This mouse turns off after a short amount of time. Have to turn it on constantly. My flat mouse does better and stays on until wither the batteries wear out or I turn it off manually. Tracking is another problem even after adjustments. Hand position is great
Mac2 –
worked great for a while. started giving indications like the batteries were dead. Would change the batts and it wouldn’t come unless I shifted them around. Worked ok for a while again but kept having the same issues more frequently until yesterday. will not come on at all. Press the DPI button and a red light on the side will flash but that’s it. Disappointed because it’s a great mouse when it’s working! Will see what BBY tells me. Maybe I just got a defect.
Keyboarduser –
A bit hard to get used to initially. Couple of days later much better.
elecbruph –
this was my first time using a ergonomic mouse and I really like. it is easy to adjust to the mechanics of using it. I honestly feel it is helping alleviate the pain in my hand and wrist that I was plagued with for years using a conventional mouse. this mouse was recommended by consumers so I thought it was worth a try and I am happy with it.

Used one for couple years and wore it out so this was a replacement. I have also use wed one that is wired to computer and stall using it. Like them very much
NYCWaHi –
This mouse is extremely comfortable and easy to setup.
