To be honest, I’m not really a fan of drawer-type microwaves. I think they look strange, and it’s a bit harder to take out the food, too. But this Zline totally changed my mind. Looks better than similar products I’ve seen. And the display is easy to understandable. In my opinion, displays should always at the top rather than on the side, but I guess it’s a design efficiency thing. Anyway, it’s a great product. Nice store.

I got this last week and it’s a life-saver. We’ve just moved to a new house and started doing some makeover in the kitchen. I realized our new kitchen is a little smaller than our last, but the few adjustments we did helped saved a lot of space. This drawer microwave freed a significant portion of the countertop. We thought of having an over-the-range microwave but then we also want a range hood to keep the kitchen smell-free and we don’t want it to get in the way. This is the just perfect.

Microwave look nice and work fine however, unless the door is properly aligned the microwave will not work. Spending so much money, the microwave door should be able to open upon completion of use. Shouldn’t have to push open once food is done.

We used to have an over-the-range microwave, but we decided to switch to a drawer-type after it broke down from the constant greasing. Now, our new microwave performs better, is more convenient to use, and heats food more evenly. Just amazing.

My husband and I have very high standards when it comes to our home appliances. But we are practical, too. We don’t want to pay for features we don’t need or pay more for something we can get at a cheap. So when we saw this microwave, we knew it’s the one we’re looking for. Very good quality. Competitive price. We can’t ask for more.

Excellent for this price point. we’ve had GE Profile for over 20 years and wanted to make a change. This microwave in near the movie room and performs quite well, very pleased so far.

My sister can’t stop banging about her new microwave so I got jealous and bought myself the same one. It wasn’t totally a waste of money since we needed a new microwave anyway. We’ve grown tired of the constant malfunction of our old OTR. This one’s more advanced and more efficient.

I’m disappointed that some of the options I had on a previous microwave aren’t available such as sensor reheat, baked potato and several others. However it looks good and works fine

Love the microwave.. packaging arrived torn and microwave dented. Assistance with buying at the store was excellent. Packaging and delivery were unsatisfactory

This is the worst microwave I have ever owned. We have now had it replaced three times. Forest 2 times were for arching now this third time is due to the cook function not working. We purchased the initial microwave in January of 2022. If you can avoid purchasing this defective product please do so.

If I could give this item zero stars, I would. We purchased it in October 2022. Within months the screen stopped working. I called Zline customer service and after waiting over a hour over the phone to get a human, the recording said no one is available and to send an email instead.
The “automatic” closure button for the door never truly worked. You had to press it twice because the door never fully closed.
Today, the microwave just stopped working and it’s making a horrible noise. I called customer service and they require a “video” of the microwave showing what the problem is.
This is not a cheap microwave to go through all these problems in such a short period of time and then to have to jump through hoops to get it fixed. It’s not worth it.
