    The original one works fine for 6 month. But the refill didn’t work that much but it was only 3 months. Clean water. Good filtering.

    Apparently it is the most sought after brand. It was sold out at other stores. Best Buy ordered it for me and was received after about a 30 day wait. This is the second re-order since the initial purchase. The only suggestion for product improvement would be to make the lid easier to grasp and lift.

    This is the best tasting water filter system that I’ve used so far. I hate drinking straight from the tap because it tastes funny. I think that if you need a water filter system, you should try this out

    I bought these at the same time I bought a zero water pitcher. I got the filters within a week. After a month of saying the pitcher was on the way, it got cancelled. I had to go buy one at target.
    Terrible service.

    Awesome filters way better than the nearest competitor, name starts with a B. The last 10 times longer than the other it seems and zero water really means zero. No solid contamination shows up on the digital meter you get

    i bought the replacements and tested them with my tester and read 044 right out of the box then later at 019, pamphlet states to replace when it reads 009. They were packaged but It seems its faulty or used ??

    ZeroWater filters are the best for quality drinking water and should be changed every 6 months or less, depending on frequently you use your ZeroWater pitcher. I love them and Best Buy is priced right.
