I bought this on 10/30, it shattered on 11/9 without me even dropping it. I have not bought a Zagg screen protector before but I always buy screen protectors for my phones. Right out the gate I had a hard time getting the screen protector to adhere to my new phone, which I have not encountered before especially since I followed all of the instructions. But I put my phone down on its face,(as I have always done) and came back 20 minutes later to find the screen protector shattered from one end to the other with no one but me and my two cats at home. I don’t know if I can even return it as I obviously didn’t keep the box but I’d pass on this one if you can. $50 and it lasted 10 days.

Bought my wife a new Pixel 8 and got this to protect the screen. She promptly dropped it 2 weeks later and the protector got a chip but the phone screen was not damaged at all. Went back to Best buy and they replaced it on the spot. Fantastic service!

Has a bit of a halo effect on the sides that should hopefully go away, but not holding out hope. Apparently the Pixel 8 has 2.5d edges which makes it hard for tempered glass screen protectors to get full coverage. The effect is much less than the other tempered glass screen protector I got before this which is why it gets 4 stars.
Easy to install though as others have mentioned it doesn’t

Do not buy, these are made for pixel 8 pro type of screen (a flat edge sides) not the pixel 8screen (rounded edges) I’ve installed thousands of screen protectors but I’ve not been able to install one of these without one of the edges popping up. The quality of zagg is always great, but I can’t recommend these until they make it for the propper screen type. I’ve tried installing about 20 of these and not a single one has had a perfect seal around the edges.

It’s very good so far (4 weeks) but I do see some lagging when I play certain games. 120 hz is very nice and if you don’t want to spend 1k on iPhone I would recommend this phone.

Title pretty much sums it up. Install was easy, especially because my phone is brand new. Before it cracked it was great. Thankfully it comes with lifetime warranty, which I will be using. I’ll update the review if the next one has no issues.
