I haven’t had it for very long, but love almost everything about his range. The flat top cooking service is different from my old stove, but things cook/boil so much faster and evenly it is great!
The oven/broiler work the same as my other stove, but was missing the fact that for a $900 oven it didn’t even come with a new broiler pan – that was a disappointment.
The key pad to work the oven controls is hard to get used to but we are getting there – uses the same start button for timer as for oven, so we have turned “off” the oven a few times – but again getting used to it!

Have had this range for about a month and so far it is great. We haven’t made use of the convection feature yet, but we really appreciate that the broiler is on top inside the oven rather than underneath. The controls are clear and easy to use, and it preheats quickly. Once downside – the video before we bought made it seem that the grills could be washed in the dishwasher, but they are too large for our dishwasher.

So glad I bought this range. I love gas appliances. My old oven went out and I had to replace the oven as the cook top still worked. I like Whirlpool and since all my other items are black Whirlpool, as they need replacement, i will do so with black and stainless steel. So the stove is gorgeous, the grating is perfect, except you have the lift the grates to clean it. As we are sometimes messy sprinkling seasonings I kind of like to wipe up the stove with Clorox wipes or Lysol everyday after each use. This was a Pre-Covid OCD. Anyway, If you just wait for the grate to cool down its easier to clean. The convection oven is awesome and the frozen pizza feature is just what I need since there are many days, I do not like to cook, and with COVID, I can trace my infection to the one time I ate inside a restaurant, so for 18 mos now I have been home and cooking all our meals. Anyhow the stove top is great, quick to heat and evenly. The oven does it’s job. I have not had to clean it. I also like the storage under the oven, which was a surprise because I had one on my old stove but the pictures and reviews do not give you an idea that there is storage underneath. I love it.

This stove has never worked properly. The oven cannot hold a temp and every time I think something is cooking it has turned itself off. I hate it. I bought an extended warranty and it’s still under the manufacture warranty but neither whirlpool nor Best Buy will deal with it. We have waited months for repairs three times. The repair apts. require someone to be home (take off work) all day. It still does not work. I am extremely angry about this situation and will never buy from Whirlpool/Maytag ever again.
