    Like the looks and that the grates are removable and can be put in dishwasher. Also like the controls in front. Didn’t realize the largest, fastest burners are in the back which I would use more often if one was up front. I use the medium burner which is front right all the time. The melt burner is odd and don’t use it very much.

    This is a very nice stove top. Chose only 4 burner because of price and no need for 5 burners. Plenty for me. Love that the grate is attached in the back and you can lift it up to clean around the burners. Definitely would buy again.

    great cooktop! This is a replacement of my old cooktop. fits perfect and looks fantastic. only thing is the heat compare to my old one is not as hot. I guess its because the grills are too far apart from the flames so it take longer to boil or sear.

    The product was very sturdy and excellent unfortunatly it could not be fixed on the cut out I had at present for a 30 inch whirpool unit, The new 30 inch unit require a larger size cutout.

    We love the new cooktop. The install had to be done in (2)
    stages due to the fact that we required a gas line shut off.
    The gas company came in two days and completed their part and we had to wait another 5 weeks to complete the install by the
    Best Buy subcontractor.
    When installed one of the drawers under the cooktop would not
    close properly and the sub contractor said not our job you will
    have the hire a carpenter to notch the drawer. Ridiculous for such
    a simple task.

    Spacing of burners will not allow all 4 to be used at once. Grates will now allow pots or skillets to sit flat.

    Looks great but it’s not the best quality. The large burners should be up front. I used it once and now there is a burn stain. When I clean the interior, all the burner pieces move. I wish I could get my money back.

    We love this cookstove— a great upgrade from our earlier version. Four burners are powerful, especially the two rear burners. The simmer/melt burner really works well for more nuanced cooking, making candies, etc. Only issue is I wish at least one of the larger burners was in front– but both are in back.

    This is one of the most poorly designed cooktop for real cooks. The burner placement is totally off and inconvenient. Larger burners are in the back only, and when an average size skillet is placed on that larger burner, there is virtually no room to put anything on the burner in front. This model came with my newly built home, looks like I’m just going to have to bite the bullet to put a better cooktop in.

    Good gas cooktop if you can get it on sale. Otherwise it may be slightly overpriced. Be cautious when installing and follow the proper procedure to avoid gas leakage. Also buy a good quality sealant and hose. If you have doubts, get professional to install.

    Beautiful cooktop. First time stainless steel owner. I clean it after every uses. I use microfiber rag to clean & dry. I take off the caps before cleaning to avoid them from accidentally knocking off and scratching the stainless steel. Otherwise, it looks beautiful in my kitchen

    BestBuy delivered this with missing parts. It was brand new product. When I installed it I found out that the gas burner caps were missing. It did not have them in the box. I already paid $160 for a contractor to come take off my old cooktop and install this new one. He had done the job but the box did not have the Burner Cap. I had to order them from reliable parts WPW10597129 Whirlpool Burner Cap and My Order # is 3000106193. I had to pay $77 for that.
    BestBuy won’t help me because I have already installed the product and I don’t want to pay handyman another $150 to un install. My only option is to pray to God Almighty to destroy BestBuy for conning innocent customers.
