I had bought the smallest size double oven without convection and during installation found it to be too small for the space cut in my cabinet. So the installation man suggested ordering a larger unit (which I did do) and they would come back and remove the small unit and install the larger (correct size) unit. The mishap turned out to my advantage. The installation company suggested I go in the store to make the return and select the new unit and ‘talk to a live person.’ So I took my receipt and went into the local BUST BUY store and followed his suggestion. This proved helpful and worth the trip. The sales associated was able to find more options and there was a larger selection through the store. I found a larger oven with dual convections at a fraction higher price. I cooked Christmas dinner and baked through the holidays and have enjoyed my new oven. I received a full refund for the stove returned and the installation went as planned. I paid $45.00 additional cutting for my cabinet which was well worth it. I would buy from Best Buy again. I would recommend going into the store even if buying on line.

I was initially concerned about the complexity of a smart oven, but it is pretty easy to operate. Other nice advantages include getting notifications on my phone that the oven has reached temperature. It looks great and was easily connected to WiFi. Best Buy’s contractor was excellent and clearly knew his craft. He was efficient, tidy, and professional.

This oven is so quite even when the fans are running. Six total racks lets me plan an entire meal, and everything is served warm. I’m not one to use a lot of “smart technology” so I was a little intimidated, but I can easily bypass any of those options I don’t care for and use the oven the old fashion way. Fast preheating is a great feature.

We just replaced our ovens with Whirlpool built in double electric wall ovens. I love them. I was able to bake two pies at different temperatures. My old ovens would not keep constant tempature. The new ones are so easy to set the tempature.

I waited 6 months to give this review so it would be informative. Ovens work great and cooks evenly. When the oven has been used and the door is open, the cooling found is a bit loud, and can be heard in adjacent room. The only glitch is the computer occasionally resets itself for date/time. It has done this at least twice to me. As I don’t use it remotely so it is not such an issue, but if that is important to you it may be a concern, Other reviews warned me about this.

Got this to replace a very old double oven, and boy, I didn’t know what I was missing! This oven heats evenly and predictably. The convection function is great, although I haven’t tested it for air frying abilities. The chimes at the end of whatever stage you choose are audible but not annoying. Actually, they’re pleasant. The smart phone app is a little thin but has promise. Wish I had bought this oven sooner!
My only complaint – the user manual is extremely hard to find and even harder to print out. Coming from a way older oven, I had no clue how to call up basic functions on the oven’s keypad; thank goodness for the smart phone app. So, not new-user friendly.
