This refrigerator uses less electricity, looks way better, and fits more that my old GE. Plus this has an effective water and ice dispenser that is a very nice upgrade for anyone without one.

Bought this to replace the same model we had for 20 years. Nothing wrong with the old one but it was white and we wanted black for our kitchen remodel. Needed the same model because it fits the space we have. Purchased in February, delivered in May with a missing wheel which Best Buy couldn’t fix. Replacement delivered in July. I like the refrigerator but it is unbelievably noisy, seldom stops running. if another brand would fit I’d return it. I should have painted the old one.

I would rate this higher except for one thing: we need to change out the water filter for ice & drinking water twice as often as the model suggests. Otherwise, it is a good side by side with the common problem of a side by side – you need to watch what you purchase, as something can be too wide for refrigerator or freezer. As an example, buy a frozen pizza lat in the day you will bake it. It does not fit in the freezer and gets slightly thawed in the refrigerator. Flavor is not effected.
