One of the main selling points to this Frig was the interior water dispenser with filter for such a good price. This Whirlpool make and model does not have the features the Best Buy website says it has. Non of the refrigerators that Best Buy sells has a water dispenser feature for less then $1600.00. Many problems with trying to get the frig we ordered over the phone. Finally had to go into a store to take care of the problem. Not to mention that the Freezer does not seal well and in less than a month there is ice and frost forming just inside the freezer.
I would NOT buy this refrigerator!

So far this Refrigerator runs quietly and looks very nice but does have one major design flaw: The shelves on the inside of the freezer door are left open on the base so that products fall through unless you can squeeze them – not very practical for storage. Also made clear when ordered that the way the doors opened was to be switched to the other side – when delivered it was wrong so that it took the delivery men an extra hour to switch them, all without the proper tools to do it correctly.

The Whirlpool Refrigerator is a good size for my condo. I am a little disappointed in the shelves which could be a little wider on the sides for ample storage. But overall it’s a good simple appliance.
