I typically dislike reviews where there is a problem with the shipping or something of that nature, however, as there are many places to buy kitchen appliances, I feel it is only fair to factor in the experience with Best Buy as part of my review. I am very happy with this fridge – it has plenty of room, especially for taller items like milk jugs and it also is nice that it’s “counter-depth”.
My problem is that the Fridge came damaged, with large scratches on the front that were not part of shipping as I witnessed the protective wrap being taken off of the fridge. I have contacted Best Buy on 3 occasions over the past week and was told I would be able to get a replacement and to wait for a followup email and call … I still have received nothing. If I could do this again, I’d get the same fridge, but not from Best Buy.

Purchased not on sale. Sorry i did. Works ok, just limited space, freezer not so great, ice maker just doesnt hold enuff. Couldve got a much better deal…timing was off. Prefer three doors or four.

Perfect size and fit. The more expensive model had a different handle but for our kitchen. This refrigerator is much more attractive. Perhaps for a condo the other handle would be OK. Nice design inside and very happy with this refrigerator.

So many little annoyances with this refrigerator, I can’t believe in 2018 some of these things haven’t been thought out. The top shelf is just a fraction of an inch to short for a two litter bottle. Also the top shelf had the water filter and air filter in the way. I could live with that but the “LED Lighting” has bulbs the same size as regular old bulbs, plus a bulb guard around it and you can hardly fit anything on the top self, the most used shelf. While there are other fixed positions for the shelfs, they really only make sense in one position only, so in affect you don’t really have adjustable shelfs. Same goes on in the freezer large guards of the over-rated LED bulbs. Ice cubes that are to small. Disappointed..

I really like my fridge- it is spacious despite being counter depth. The ice and water are a little loud, but I think they all are.. It is nice looking and fits perfect. All foods fit easily.

Our family is very happy with our new refrigerator. Best features: bright lights, easy to clean ice and water dispenser, preset measurements for water dispenser, large roomy shelves width wise. Worst features: No butter compartment!, a little noisier than our last fridge, shelves are short front to back. Maybe not such a bad thing because food doesn’t get hidden and forgotten deep in the back. Overall a good product.

The overall quality of this fridge is great. The only qualm I have with it is the lighting on the inside seems pretty cheap and oddly located. The measuring water dispenser is a nice function but it’s not even remotely accurate.

We’ve owned this product for about a month, and it’s been disappointing from the start. The biggest issue? It won’t keep a consistent temperature — one of the basics of a refrigerator. Sometimes water in a glass is barely cold — and other times is frozen. This morning I had to toss a yogurt — it was frozen solid. There are 2 older adults in our household, so it’s not like dozens of people are opening the door. My father and grandfather (who both worked at Whirlpool most of their lives) would be sad to hear how bad things have gotten. Avoid this brand.

Operates fine but it’s noisy. Some items in the top shelf froze at factory settings Also the water dispenser was confusing in operation and resulted in water in the kitchen floor.
