    I was struggling to find a microwave with trim package the fit my opening. This fit the bill and was a great microwave at a reasonable price.

    Don’t like the fact that sometimes before working it will read that there is problems with the door. Wished it was a lot quieter. love the size, its just difficult to close the door quietly. also the microwave keeps beeping even though the door is opened.

    The, stiff, small, push button door opener is set within a separate enclosure rather than being free-floating below the entire control panel, making it restrictive and uncomfortable to operate.
    The procedure required for ‘cook time’ and ‘power level’ settings are in reverse order than what I would have intuitively chosen.
    The operation of the unit is loud. Certainly more so than the machine it replaced.
    Cooking results are satisfactory.

    This is not the best microwave at all… I purchased it because I needed a black stainless steel microwave to go with my kitchen set that was Whirlpool black stainless steel but if I could change it I really would get a better one. It doesn’t have a reheat feature and in fact has very limited features compared to my previous one that was a Panasonic. I hope they make a better one soon so I can sell that one and upgrade to a better Whirlpool black stainless steel microwave.

    I like the product but the service at BEST BUY is terrible. They rescheduled delivery twice with out notifying us. I would recommend HOME DEPOT or LOWES over this business. They are overwhelmed and disorganized

    Died in 2 years. The power is on but no heating.
    The repair cost more than replacement. Do not waste money on this model or even whirlpool brand.
