bought the stainless steel version of this 3 years ago. Last week it stopped freezing and lost all my frozen food. Paid to have a tech come out and check. Small lead in one of the lines leading to the cooling coils in the freezer. Can not be fixed without replacing the entire section. Cost to fix with parts and labor is as much or more than I paid for the product 3 years ago. Going to the dump. Poor quality from Whirlpool on this unit.

My new fridge meets all my expectations, roomier than my old one, keeps my produce fresh & my frozen stuff completely frozen! It’s been a pleasure. Living in a condo, I have limited space so this new fridge is a bonus for me.

I had my last refrigerator for 26 yrs. and it served it’s purpose well but this is a really nice unit. I really like the clear shelves and compartments; it prevents food forgetfulness.
