I’ve had my refrigerator for a year and the handle has broken 3 times. Breaks in the same spot each time and company unwilling to help fix the problem except keep sending new handles. Each time, I have to clear 4 hours of time waiting for technician to come. Offered to install myself, but company unwilling to just send me handles.
Freezer is not great, and ice forms on everything too.

After 2 years I could no longer live with the Frigidare that I had purchased. That one was noisy, wire shelves, few compartments, and totally disorganized. So far I love the Whirlpool. Seems like it is far more spacious, glass shelves, better organized and the freezer is even larger. It is so much quieter, and both the freezer and refrig. door close on their own. My other one very often stayed open, and I would come home to defrosted meat and ice cream. And the price was right. The Friigidare and Whirlpool are the same 18.2 size but the difference is like night and day. The handles on the Frigidare broke 3 times. Made of plastic. It was black, but my new Whirlpool is stainless steel, and the handles feel right. So far I am very happy with this new purchase. Only time will tell.

The fridge seems to be doing well. It is quite, hardly runs. Balancing the temps between fridge and freezer is a real trick. The gallon jug door storage is not true. Not sure where they get their gallons of milk from. Also there is no light in the freezer. Really, how much extra would that cost ? Not big complaints but they are inconveniences.

This was needed for a smaller kitchen space that limited the choices available. The refrigerator has glass shelves and door bins for storage.

The refrigerator is fine, a great value for the price point. But, the delivery and installation facilitated by Pacific sales is a totally different story. Not good at all, huge time waster‘s and efficient. First item delivered was damaged, their poor communicators, poor record keepers, and all-around cluster F*%&.

I had one of these and the whole compressor system clunked out after 6 years. Expense not worth repairing. I now purchased a Whirlpool which has much better styling (thinner doors, etc.) BestBuy salespeople say most refrigeration systems in similar price range are the same. So we’ll see. Back home we had a Kelvinator that was still kicking when it was taken out after 40 years, so I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because at least I got 6 years out of it. But Frigidaire/Electrolux ratings from other sources are usually pretty low.

Noisy. SOOOO noisy. We could hear the compressor 2 rooms over. We tried to get used to it but ended up returning it and buying a different brand ( that was so quiet we kept checking to see if it was running).
Other items: the controls were in the way for items on the self; the door was impossible to clean.
