Looks beautiful in my kitchen. Still learning how to use all features but love that I was able to get rid of my small toaster oven to allow extra counter space instead. Convection baje feature is great. Have made pizza, fish sticks and is just like real oven. Will get great use out of it. And looks very sleek.

We purchased this microwave when we remodeled our kitchen. Selected this microwave because we previously has a whirlpool and really liked it. Only replaced the old one because of the color. We really like the matt black stainless steel because you don’t see fingerprints like regular stainless.

Terminology used for buttons changed had to get used to that, including the start button which is a play symbol. Otherwise the unit has a big plate for large capacity items and runs quite.

Once I read the manual as I was not here for installation, what can I say one of the best appliances I have ever bought. The look of this appliance is gorgeous, several fan and light settings. I have not yet used the convection oven yet, but am looking forward to it.

This is a really nice microwave that was a big upgrade from the old Whirlpool I had. It runs pretty quiet and I love all of the features. One of the best things about it, in my opinion, is the fact that there is no handle on the door. The handle is essentially a cutout where you put your hand in the side of the door. If you’ve ever had a microwave with one of those handles attached to the door, you know this is a great feature because there’s no handle to fall off in a few years rendering your microwave essentially broken. Happy with the look and quality of this microwave and I would definitely recommend it.

I haven’t used convection yet only had installed 2 weeks now. It is on bigger size but i’m ok with that..it comes out more than the last one i had..It works great!

Seriously the convection oven feature is amazing and makes busy Thanksgiving types feast easier to coordinate all the dishes coming it at the same time by essentially giving you a second oven to bake smaller dishes, cookies, rolls etc.
Other features like scan and work too.

Purchased the Microwave a year and a Half ago and a few weeks after the 1 year warranty was up, the Magnetron went out along with a diode. About 3 weeks after that was repaired the keyboard became unresponsive and entire microwave had to be unplugged and plugged back in order to reset the appliance before it would work. The keyboard continues to malfunction 4-5 times a day. The alarm goes off and errors are displayed on the screen randomly when there is no one around the microwave like in the middle of the night. Whirlpool customer service supervisors said they are unwilling to replace or repair the 1.5 year old appliance because it is out of warranty.

Overall everything has been great, automatic cooking functions have been very useful. Frequently use the convection feature. Answer a few basic questions about what you’re cooking and it gets it done

It works, but for the convection/micro cook selection it takes quite a while for food to actually become crispy. I bought it for a great price as an open-box, so I’m not sure I would be as happy if I had paid full retail for it. It looks great in my kitchen and feels solid.

Broke after 18 months -fortunately I purchased the replacement plan and BestBuy replaced it. Unit it broke, it was great though. I don’t know if I had a lemon, or if this is a wider issue -hence 3 stars to be fair.

Purchased an older but brand new model elsewhere… the one place that has 2yr warranty by default! Bought it in Q4 2018, and it failed in Q1 2021. It’s as if the failure is planned. The model is not being sold anymore. So can’t write a review for that. The unit failed right out of warranty period. The touch controls went bad, starting with slow deterioration and then became completely unresponsive, including the ones unrelated to microwave like cooktop fan and light. The diagnostics, parts and labor exceed the price of the unit, so off to the landfill it goes. The environmentalist in me is sad. Oh, and don’t be surprised that they make you feel bad for not getting the extended warranty… what a racket it is!
I’ve a strong hunch that the faulty door design is the culprit… it accumulates moisture from food in between its two surfaces, and that must’ve seeped onto the electronic board. I’ve ugly drip marks on the inside that can’t be cleaned unless you crack open the door assembly. The unit here is similar, hence warning the potential buyers of this flaw. We will be very wary of Whirlpool going forward.

This microwave is great until it’s suddenly not. We had ours for 3 years and suddenly the latching mechanism failed and it dropped little plastic pieces on to our range. After that failed, the keypad errored and the entire microwave was unusable. Very disappointing!

Has everything I wanted and more, still learning how to use. I love it. I love how it automatically turns on the fan while cooking on the stove. The shelf and turn table stand are a great use for heating up items in it. I would buy again, lets see how long this Microwave lasts first, if keeps doing well I would recommend to friends and family as to re purchase in future. Hoping it last for years. Goes great with my Smart stove.

Best microwave decision you can make. So many settings and functions you may forget it’s a microwave. I love the smart component to it that makes it unlike anything I ever had. Easy to mount, use and works very efficiently. Much better than my Samsung microwave at the same price.

There is a learning curve on this one. You are given a selection of options to choose, but they may have nothing to do with your particular item. You may want to reheat a burrito, but the closest option is a casserole.
