    I was a little disappointed with this product. The inside is half the size of the one I had and I’m very disappointed in that I don’t recall seeing the inside dimensions when I ordered it. also, it’s very noisy. Not just when the fan is on but just when it actually runs.

    Very good mid level microwave. Doesn’t have all the settings of a more expensive microwave, but it is a well made microwave that has all most people need!
    Better door latch than the cheap Samsung one that broke and wasn’t even 3 years old!!!!

    Wrong product in the box!! Extremely disappointing. Someone must have returned their old microwave and best buy sold it to me. It was a Samsung in the box, not the Whirlpool that l ordered.

    The Whirlpool brand has pretty good electronics. We purchased this microwave about a year ago to replace a broken Whirlpool one that was anywhere between 8-10 years old. This item must have been defective because it broke 3 months in. Luckily it was under warranty and they repaired it. Since the repair we haven’t had any additional issues. I would recommend getting the extended warranty if purchased.

    Not as many features as the previous lower end Kenmore it replaced, but works well. Couldnt beat price (with price matching and rewards), so pleased. Also it was available on a local store so quick to buy and easy to install (with two people to remove old one and place the new one on the bracket).

    Huge. For the wattage, this microwave is a bit oversized. It’s a 1.7 in the typical dimensions of a 1.9 microwave made my other brands. Simple layout but lacks quick start minutes like GE and others. Not impressed

    Exactly what I needed. Came with cut out guide for measurements for the top and back. Had extra bolts. Two diff light shades. Wife loves it.

    Works great, replaced an ancient microwave that sounded like it was going to implode. Only complaint is that the intake fan really doesn’t do much sucking. Almost returned it because I cook a lot and it just creates a ton of steam but I don’t want to deal with the replacement. If it’s on sale and you don’t care about matching appliances or having the top performing version, this microwave is for you!

    Delivery and installation was a bit of a circus. Delivered damaged and the installation crew couldn’t go the 3.4 miles to the local store to swap it out. Did get delivered and installed. While came with a chart on the inside for steaming, thawing and such, it isn’t as good as the one it replaced. The door seems to bang when it closes and is definitely louder when it is cooking. A whole lot louder.
