    We bought this microwave about one year ago and have used it daily. It works very well and it is quick. The power is high and heats up food items evenly. Only one minor issue is that it is slightly louder than we would like. Otherwise a great buy at a reasonable price.

    The microwave had a small but noticeable dent in the middle of the upper front of the appliance.
    I had to return the first microwave that I purchased due to the control panel being around a half inch off the appliance and a large dent in the microwave.

    I bought this product 2 times, and the first time, it was provided by the builder. Right around the 1-year mark, it starts developing problem. The reason why I had to buy this is because the cabinet cutting is based on its size, and the frame around it is also cut to fit that size.

    Not built to last. After 2.5 years the start button stopped working. The company doesn’t service countertop microwaves so we had to buy another. We went with a different brand that was less expensive with better reviews.

    We bought this microwave as part of a whole kitchen renovation. Purchased in February of 2018 and didn’t actually use it until April. We are two people and it was used VERY lightly. Perhaps 1-2 times a week for reheating.
    It died a week ago. So please know if you buy this microwave, you may get as little as 5 years of very light use out of it. Never again.

    Start button failed after 2 years. Replacing control panel was too expensive so had to buy new item because I already had trim panel. Wouldn’t buy it otherwise.

    I purchased this to replace same model but this is the newer version. I liked the finish on the original version a bit better but was happy I could find this one because it fits inside the cabinets where the old one sat. Overall it will do and we are happy with it so far.

    Do your research! This is the brand we went with when building our home in 2013. Fridge, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Every one of them has required multiple repairs or replacement. Back to this microwave- this will be the 3rd purchase in 10 years. Why keep getting the same one? Because I’m stuck with my specific wall opening and trim kit, and won’t remodel for a microwave… Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Amana, Jenn-air, are ALL under the Whirlpool umbrella. And NONE of these brands are as good as they once were. Do your research. I would have gladly spent more for a better brand up front, had I done mine. Modern appliances have an 8-10 yr average life (very sad) and in my direct experience, Whirlpool are on the very low end.

    The product works great. Bestbuy delivery smashed the box and dented the corner. It is a built in, so the damage was not noticeable after installation, and I did not want to waste time trying to return it.

    Easy to purchase and it was delivered early. Fortunately i had all the trim and mounting bracket already, so make sure to have that or purchase it, as its not meant to be a stand alone

    The product is fine. The post sale process was unnecessarily difficult. After getting emails and telephone messages from both Best Buy and the third-party installer that the product was on its way, I eventually learned that the product never left the warehouse in Orlando. Rescheduled. Happened again. Finally got product on third attempt.

    Our family has used this microwave (not heavily) over the past 5 years and it has worked fine. The controls are easy and the design is elegant. We encountered an electrical issue with the controls which rendered the unit inoperable. I wouldn’t say this is a one-and-done microwave (from our experience), but when its working its a great experience.

    I bought this to replace a defective unit that quit after just 4 years. The new one works for now but came with the door misaligned. I would purchase another brand if I didn’t have to match the finish with my other Whirlpool appliances. The print proof stainless steel is nice to have.

    I’ve had this only since October and it’s already got glitches. The sensor for the door sometimes thinks the door isn’t closed and the mechanism that reverses the rotation gets hung up and makes a grinding noise and the food item gets jolted so that it’s no longer centered. The guarantee requires me to pay the costs to ship it to their repair site. Best Buy should handle this service (sending it back). But, it’s quieter than my previous MW
